AJ was really amazing on all levels! He was so professional, friendly and kept the lines of communication open from start to finish! His pricing is also fair and reasonable. After he dropped Lola off he even sent me a video showing me that she was safe and with her original owner! I would totally recommend him to anyone who needs to transport their pet. He was incredibly communicative, answered every question I had, kept me updated throughout the trip, and never made me feel like I was bothering him. I want to be honest and say that I was incredibly nervous going into this. I had never used a courier service before, and trusting someone I had never met with something as precious as my kittens was difficult for me. What made this experience even more unique is that the trust went both ways. He was trusting me just as much as I was trusting him. We were both putting our faith in someone we had never met, and that says a lot about the character of a person. This was a 10-hour round trip, and he handled everything with professionalism, care, and genuine kindness. What impressed me most was not just his reliability, but his personality. AJ was the best dog transport experience possible for our aging black lab and nervous golden retriever.. He made the dogs feel loved and me feel comfortable putting them in his care. He kept me informed of his eta to me and then again when the Dogs arrived at destination. He went beyond to provide great service. Highly recommended.
