He provides a GPS tracker from the time of pick up to the drop off. Great communications skills and he is very flexible to try to accommodate you in the best way possible! AJ was really amazing on all levels! He was so professional, friendly and kept the lines of communication open from start to finish! His pricing is also fair and reasonable. After he dropped Lola off he even sent me a video showing me that she was safe and with her original owner! I would totally recommend him to anyone who needs to transport their pet. From the very beginning, he made the entire process feel comfortable and stress-free. He was incredibly communicative, answered every question I had, kept me updated throughout the trip, and never made me feel like I was bothering him. I want to be honest and say that I was incredibly nervous going into this. I had never used a courier service before, and trusting someone I had never met with something as precious as my kittens was difficult for me. What made this experience even more unique is that the trust went both ways. He was trusting me just as much as I was trusting him. We were both putting our faith in someone we had never met, and that says a lot about the character of a person. This was a 10-hour round trip, and he handled everything with professionalism, care, and genuine kindness. What impressed me most was not just his reliability, but his personality. He is simply a genuinely good person who clearly cares about the animals he transports and the people who trust him with them. Throughout the entire journey, I felt like my kittens were in safe hands. AJ was the best dog transport experience possible for our aging black lab and nervous golden retriever.. He made the dogs feel loved and me feel comfortable putting them in his care. He kept me informed of his eta to me and then again when the Dogs arrived at destination. He went beyond to provide great service. Highly recommended.
