Cameo independently completes transports while maintaining the same high standards of safety, care, and communication. This allows for greater flexibility, availability, and expanded scheduling options. We understand how important your pet is to you, and we treat every animal as if they were our own. Booking and Policies Deposit 50 percent required at time of booking Payment Cash, CashApp, Venmo, or PayPal Cancellations • If K9 Kargo cancels, 100 percent refund • If customer cancels, 25 percent refund Winter Driving Protocol Safety is our top priority during winter travel. We actively monitor road conditions, weather alerts, and temperatures before and during every trip. If conditions become unsafe, transport may be delayed or rescheduled. Vehicles are equipped with winter tires, emergency supplies, and climate controlled setups, and we maintain consistent communication with weather related updates. Alison was absolutely fantastic from start to finish. Super responsive, sent updates throughout the entire drive, and made sure I was at ease with bringing our new puppy home. I was so nervous about using a transporter for my new puppy due to the horror stories I have heard. Ally from K9 Kargo instantly put my mind at ease. She explained the whole process, answered any questions I had, kept in touch with me leading up to the transport and kept me updated while she was driving with GPS and pictures! Picked up pup nice and early and pup got to new home same day nice and early. Checked pup couple times made sure she was good. Pup slept peacefully the whole trip Happy buyer. Happy seller you can't beet that
