Great experience with Big’s VIP, professional and trustworthy. He got my cats and car to their destination even before I was expecting them. Took great care of the cats and made sure they were as comfortable as possible. Provided updates periodically and was great at communication.

Very profesional. Very good response time. He kept updated. Puppy got messy and he cleaned him up before delivery. I would 100% use him again

Jeremey from Pennsylvania was absolutely AMAZING!! He was kind, extremely patient and put so much effort into safely delivering my kittens. After I got scammed, with someone else, he assured that everything would be okay. I had issues with the drop off and the person who was supposed to pick them up and Jermey was extremely kind and accommodating, and even waited while I was trying to figure it out. A sweet guy with a ‘heart of gold’’, should I say? I would even trust him to transport myself cross country, if I could, lol. But no, he is great and I would recommend/ refer him to anyone, a MILLION times again!!

Jeremy was excellent. He took great care of my newly adopted special needs cat during the trip and he updated me frequently on their progress (including pictures). I would not hesitate to request him again if I need to transport a pet.

This was my first time ever doing this. And I would do it again with Jeremy ! He was amazing! Answered all my questions, was always writing back fast, so there was always communication. He took my mom her baby gypsy all the way in Largo, Fl from Colorado. He was very friendly and did amazing with our pup! Thank you so much for all your help ! My mom loves her new baby !! We couldn’t be any more appreciative ❤️

Big VIP was the best. He kept me informed the entire trip. He was on time both picking up and dropping off. If I needed this service again I would definitely use him again.

I am very happy I choose BIG’s VIP! Well priced! There was a mix up with the date of my cat’s pick up, but he was very kind to accommodate. Kept me updated with the journey. Made sure my cat had plenty of food and water. Very satisfied with how my cat was treated. If I had to ship my cat again I will reach out to BIG’s VIP. I highly recommend him!
