Big's VIP

Outstanding experience from start to finish! He was extremely friendly, professional, and took excellent care of my dog throughout the entire transport. It's not easy trusting someone with your pet, especially a large breed, but he made the whole experience stress-free. You can tell he genuinely cares about the animals he transports. Great communication, reliable service, and an all-around wonderful experience. I would absolutely use his services again and highly recommend him to anyone looking for safe, dependable pet transportation!

WONDERFUL SHIPPER Would give 100 stars if I could! From our first communication Big was helpful, thoughtful, and great to work with. The plans to transport changed several times, and he was more than willing to accommodate. The weather threw a huge wrench in his trip at the last minute, and he still kept me informed and delivered our new puppy happy as can be. I was also grateful for his observations of her behavior as I had not met her yet myself. He truly cares about the animals in his care. You will not be disappointed with Big's VIP!!

the best!

I couldn't be happier with the service! He was able to transport my puppy from Ohio to Florida on very short notice, which was a huge relief. Throughout the entire trip, he kept me updated with photos, GPS location tracking, and regular communication, so I always knew how my puppy was doing. He was incredibly friendly, professional, and, most importantly, truly cared about my puppy. When they arrived, it was obvious how comfortable and well cared for my puppy had been—he wasn't even eager to leave his arms! That meant the world to me and showed just how kind and patient he was during the journey. I highly recommend him to anyone looking for a trustworthy, compassionate, and reliable pet transporter. Thank you for taking such amazing care of my new best friend!

Great job start to finish. Would def use again! Thank you.

Fantastic experience transporting our dog from New Jersey to Georgia. On time, great communication, sent photos during the trip, and our dog arrived happy and in great condition. Couldn’t have asked for better — highly recommend.

Our driver was absolutely the best. He took great care of our dog. Kept us informed on his progress. Our dog became very attached to him. It was all good.

I thought I had already reviewed once so if this is a double I apologize! I was so pleasantly surprised with the service that I got, my driver was considerate, communicative and thoughtful of our specific situation. He would absolutely be my choice if I ever ship a pet again. From start to finish I had zero concerns and he went out of his way to to accommodate my needs even adding hours to trip without altering his original bid. Service like that is simply rare these days

Jeremy was a wonderful transport for our sweet puppy. It was a 13 hour drive from pickup. He stayed in contact throughout the trip, he delivered our puppy safely and was very caring. He even followed up a few days later to see how the puppy was doing. Highly recommend his services!

Jeremy was great. Super responsive, communication was on point and he took great care of our puppy. He was also very reasonable compared to other bids we received. I would 100% use him again should the need arise, and recommend him to friends and family!
