I thought I had already reviewed once so if this is a double I apologize! I was so pleasantly surprised with the service that I got, my driver was considerate, communicative and thoughtful of our specific situation. He would absolutely be my choice if I ever ship a pet again. From start to finish I had zero concerns and he went out of his way to to accommodate my needs even adding hours to trip without altering his original bid. Service like that is simply rare these days

Jeremy was a wonderful transport for our sweet puppy. It was a 13 hour drive from pickup. He stayed in contact throughout the trip, he delivered our puppy safely and was very caring. He even followed up a few days later to see how the puppy was doing. Highly recommend his services!

Our driver was absolutely the best. He took great care of our dog. Kept us informed on his progress. Our dog became very attached to him. It was all good.

Jeremy was great. Super responsive, communication was on point and he took great care of our puppy. He was also very reasonable compared to other bids we received. I would 100% use him again should the need arise, and recommend him to friends and family!

So grateful! He took a very difficult situation and solved all our problems. Super simple to reserve, our two cats got a private ride in a spacious SUV. He drove what would have been more than a 12 hour trip for us, and saved us from having to take a day off work, and all the time, mileage, gas, and tolls. He brought an extra large crate for our cats, and was super helpful at carrying everything. Highly recommend, worth every penny!!!!

First time using this service. Jeremy was fantastic!! Booked quickly and was flexible with our schedule. Arrived on time and delivered without any delays. Our pup received VIP service and looked so happy during his trip and upon arrival at drop off. He was great with communication prior to and during transport. He provided text updates with adorable photos. We would 100% recommend him and use his services again in the future. Thank you for taking such great care of our boy!

Great experience with Big’s VIP, professional and trustworthy. He got my cats and car to their destination even before I was expecting them. Took great care of the cats and made sure they were as comfortable as possible. Provided updates periodically and was great at communication.

Very profesional. Very good response time. He kept updated. Puppy got messy and he cleaned him up before delivery. I would 100% use him again
