"Treating your pets like family." We are a female owned company that has been in business for 6 years. We are highly rated. We take pride in being a safe PROFESSIONAL transporter, who provides the least amount of stress for you and your furbabies. PREVENTION *We use all precautions when dealing with cross-contamination. We clean with Rescue Concentrate and Pro-vet logic. * All dogs over 16 weeks will be walked separately and in a Non-high traffic area. Pups 15 weeks and younger , we do no paws on the ground due parvo and other germs. *We use new gloves for every kennel. The kennels we use are to help prevent low transmission of Germs. * We only use bottle water Due to Giardia Experienced Pet transporters that have been in business 4.5 Years. **Our prices may not be the cheapest but we know what it takes to provide the SAFEST ride for your animal. From the PROPER CLEANERS (pro vet logic, Rescue concentrate, and bleach), proper Van maintenance, Temp controlled vans at ALL TIMES, bottle water as some water can contain Giardia, pee pads, Pet insurance while your furbaby is on board, vehicles ALL have roadside and insurance in case of a accident, USDA approved kennels that are high crash saftey tested and rated (wire crates are extremely dangerous in wrecks, spread germs and NOT USDA approved), double slip leads for walking, and drivers that make sure your furbaby is comfortable and not stressed. We never stay in hotels with your animals,as there are to many cross contaminates. (Most our vans are equipped to be off grid up to 30-48 hours,have beds and bathrooms on board)Your furbabies SAFTEY and comfort are our top priority! Some vans have Solar or Generator set ups for 24/7 AC or heat as well as power 24/7. * USDA registered *Each animal will have their own kennel, WE DO NOT MIX ANIMALS! *Pet insurance while your pet is on board *Parvo precautions( weclean with rescue concentrate and pro vet logic) * USDA APPROVED plastic kennels such as Ruffland to airline kennels *We give a breakfast,lunch,and dinner update with pictures/video.(if requested we can gladly send more pictures) *Properly maintained vehicles *All vehicles have insurance and roadside *Bottle water and pee pads * Temp controlled vehicles even when stopped * We monitor all water and food intake * We stop every 3 to 4 hours for potty breaks and play *We carry Nutri-cal on board for all tiny babies TYPES OF ROUTES RIDESHARE: has other pick ups and drop offs along the way, they are your cheapest and delivery will be between 2-4 days as long as weather and traffic permit.(please note that if we pickup at 1pm and delivery is the next day at 1pm that is a 1 day delivery(24 hours) 24 hours=1 days SEMI-Private: 4 max on board and a more direct route ** PRIVATE: only your pet on board. These are more costly but only your animal on board and a direct route to you. Drivers may stop and rest anytime for safety if they become sleepy.( All vehicles have generators or power supplies to keep the vans temp controlled) We monitor and document water/food intake,stress, potty and give each furbaby attention to provide a stress free trip. MEET US We have 4 drivers, ALL have a level 2 BACKGROUND CHECK, Meaning NO FELONIES, NO MISDEMEANORS! Due to availability and demand, to make sure that your fur baby can be delivered timely, any one of us could be delivering. We require a intrastate health certificate (it's the law and needed at agriculture stops in certain states) These are required by all states to cross state lines when transporting. We are trained on large breeds (we ship alot of police dogs and service animals), high drive,short nose, and tiny fur-babies.(nutri-cal on board) We never let your furbaby sit in their waste until the next stop. We clean them immediately. We love what we do. We work closely with our breeders and love building our relationship with them as they are like family. We love our shelters ( we never mix the two) and bulk shipping is offered to help ease some of the over crowded shelters and save lives. We work closely with over 15 shelters, 100 breeders, or your personal fur babies! ( we never mix animals!) Please ask any questions or concerns as saftey is our #1! Our fee is a flat fee that is quoted. PLEASE BE ADVISED citizenshipper charges a fee but that does not go to us, it is for using the website. Our fee quoted is our flat fee. Please be advised when shipping your fur baby you may send a tote or box no larger than a 5 lb bag of dog food. Please label your bag so we can make sure your items arrive safely. If items are not labeled we do not guarantee delivery, as the driver needs to pay attention to the animals on board. If you need additional space we can provide it for a fee. This is for the safety of everyone on board. Delivery We will make every reasonable attempt to notify the person receiving the pet of our estimated time of arrival. If no one is available to receive the pet and/or we are unable to contact the responsible party, there will be a daily fee of $150 per pet to defray the cost of care. The party ordering the transport will be responsible for these charges. We recommend that alternative arrangements be made in the event the person responsible for receiving the pet is unable to do so. The receiving party MUST be available 24 hours a day. We give a 30 minute grace period for deliveries, any time after that will be charged the daily fee. We keep in constant contact for Pickup/Deliveries so no pet is sitting and waiting. On multi pet transports we cannot make adjustments to our route to accommodate certain drop off times. Receiving party needs to be available at all times on estimated delivery date. If you can not be at drop off location at the time of delivery someone else must be there to receive pet. In event this happens balance of transport fee is due to driver before drop off. Pets will not be released until payment is made and cleared with driver. If COD is agreed upon while booking and no one is available to receive pet then breeder/seller is responsible for the transport fee and return transport fee to return pet to breeder/seller By booking us you agree to the terms above. I was quite nervous having my dog driven from the East Coast to Oklahoma, I’m so glad I chose these lovely ladies. They were perfect from the beginning to the end. Communication could not have been more clear and they consistently updated me with photos. My dog does better with women so I love that they’re women owned also.
