How We Operate • All vans include sleeping areas; pets are never left unattended • Non Smoking/vaping vans • Strict cross-contamination protocols with professional-grade cleaners • Dogs over 16 weeks are walked individually in low-traffic areas • Puppies under 16 weeks remain off the ground for safety (parvo prevention) • New gloves are used for every kennel • Bottled water is used to prevent Giardia exposure • Breakfast, lunch, and dinner updates with photos/videos • Stops every 3–4 hours for potty breaks and exercise • Pee pads and bottled water provided • Temperature-controlled vehicles at all times • Ruffland or Impact kennels (USDA-approved) • Strict sanitation using Rescue Concentrate (no dog parks) • No paws on the ground for pets 16 weeks or younger • Individual kennel fans and temperature monitoring • Bottled water and intake monitoring • Photo/video updates 3x daily • Pet insurance during transport • Roadside assistance and vehicle insurance • Double slip leads for safety Transport Options Rideshare: Shared transport with multiple stops; most affordable option. Delivery typically takes 2–4 days (weather/traffic permitting). Pickup dates are estimates, and availability must remain flexible. Semi-Private: Up to 4 pets onboard with a more direct route. Private: Direct, dedicated transport for your pet only (fastest and most premium option). Booking Requirements: A signed contract and a $100 deposit are required to secure your reservation. The remaining balance is due one hour before delivery (unless paying cash). Please ensure your requested dates align with our routes, as availability may vary.

we highly recommend Boston’s Pet Transport .. very honest ,highly efficient, great communication from start to finish , terrific driver that took great care of a very scared and traumatized small dog , and kept us informed every step of the way ,arrived on time and did not require payment until our dog had been safely delivered . we would use them again and will refer them to anyone that asks ., the best transport we ,as a rescue ,have ever used would give more than 5 stars if we could . this transport is a 10 plus

This was our first time booking a transport for our babies. The service was wonderful. The process was easy and convenient. We were kept up to date with regular check-ins, videos and pictures. The drivers were phenomenal. I would request them specifically if I had to do this again. They were so loving and gentle with our cats. I would highly recommend Boston Pet Transport. I would defuse them again. One happy customer with some happy kitties.

Driver Candra was very friendly and attentive to our senior dog's needs. She kept us well updated every day and every stop. Communication with the owner was very quick and informative, too. I would use Boston's Pet Transport again!

Our transporter was Candra and we couldn’t have been more pleased. She took care of our 80 lb pit-bull who is a leash puller and can also be a bit stubborn although sweet as can be once he warms up. She kept us updated the whole trip from Vegas to Kentucky. She has a big heart for animals and will take care of your fur baby like it’s her own. Definitely recommend!
