I want thank Regina at LuckyMajic Pets Transport! She was/is my saving grace with transporting my brothers dog from Northern CA all the way to Richmond VA in 6 days. My brother unexpectedly passed away on 11/27 and as you can imagine it was extremely difficult planning a funeral and figuring out how to get his dog(Jada) across the country. I am so grateful for Regina and her beautiful personality. She was so understanding, communicative, compassionate and empathetic. I was updated every step of the way, multiple times a day with pictures, videos, and location tracking. She made a difficult time feel less stressful. May god continue to bless her and use her to help others in the same way she has helped me. I feel connected to her and I know that I will continue to communicate with her even though the transport is complete because she feels like family. ❤️. Thank you from the bottom of my heart Regina. To say Regina is wonderful, would be an understatement. Regina is kind, caring, attentive, communicative, and if I had to do this again, I’d choose Regina a million times over. My two girl cats had never been in the car for more than 15 minutes and Regina kept them so happy, and so comfortable, with no issues for 4 days. Regina supplied my girls with an abundance of love, treats, and everything was constantly kept clean from them. She sends tons of updates, and gives you access to live tracking for the entire route. My girls adored Regina, which speaks volumes about her character, as cats are picky with who they trust. She really is magic. If you’re debating, don’t. Choose Regina, she will love your fur babies like they are her own, and it’ll be one of smoothest decisions you’ve ever made. Thank you for making such a difficult situation, easier. Regina was absolutely amazing. She did everything for my pets to make them super comfortable for the ride with alot of goodies! Also before hand she was super understanding and flexible and made sure she could get my pets when I was available. I definitely am going to keep her number saved because i’m in the military and move around a lot and will definitely use her in the future. I 10000% recommend her services and she will do everything to make you not worry for the ride with your pets comfort, location services 24/7 and updates when stopping and feeding the pets :)

Words cannot express how wonderful GiGi is! She took my baby all the way from Tennessee to Washington. She made her so very comfortable and loved on her every chance she got. She was in content contact with me, sending me photos and videos. She did an amazing job, and I would 100% recommend her to anyone! Thank you GiGi!

Regina was amazing!! Updated me the whole way with pictures and videos. Even let my pup play in a play pen while at a rest stop for a little. She really went above and beyond and bought a birthday bag and balloons to put the puppy in for my fiancés birthday! She was great and I know any dog she looks after would be in good hands. Would definitely use her again if ever needed.

Regina was the best part of our cross country move - she was so sweet and caring with our two cats, one of which was sick. She went above and beyond to make them comfortable and kept us updated every step of the way. Do not look anywhere else if you’re looking for pet transport, I would absolutely rebook if we ever have a need again!!

Regina is an angel sent from heaven . She brought my puppy from San Diego to Indiana and kept me updated throughout the whole trip. She Would text me to keep me updated any chance she had.
