Emanuel, the Flight Nanny

Words cannot express how wonderful Emanuel was! My two dogs I adopted flew with him from California to NJ. The pups were so nervous but he kept them calm. It was not an easy task but he won their love. He found a flight to get them to me safely when the first one didn’t work out. He even picked them up the night before and stayed in a hotel and then took a flight. Beyond dedicated and when I picked up the pups they were so happy with him. I was so nervous but Emanuel kept in touch and sent pics through the entire time. He’s a true dog lover!!! Thank you for bringing our babies home!

He was super responsive and answered any question I had. He also came within a one day notice which was awesome. I would definitely recommend to friends, family or anyone who might be iffy about it, Emanuel is the man to do it

Emanuel, the flight nanny, did an absolutely amazing job transporting our two cats from Houston to Cincinnati. He was extremely organized, communicative, and genuinely caring throughout the entire process. He sent frequent travel updates and photos, which gave us great peace of mind. I was very hesitant on using a service like this because I simply had to trust someone to handle the transport of my babies across Statelines.. however, Emanuel was very pleasant to work with. He is a trusted and reliable professional! He communicates every step of the way with clear communication. He had a bit of issues due to my cats being so big but needless to say, he made sure my cats were going to be home on time and be able to stick together in the same crate on the flight!
