Emanuel, the Flight Nanny

Fantastic. We were leery as we were scammed years ago buying a French bulldog puppy online. The whole transport process was smooth from the jump. Our new little pug Hoo Hoo was transported by the Flight Nanny from the Oregon airport to the Tulsa Oklahoma airport without a hitch. We were also worried about a several day trip in the car with other transports. Air travel was a lot less stressful for all. We got updates through text to include photos. The Flight Nanny really cared for little Hoo Hoo like she was his own. This was the best experience and we will most positively utilize the Flight Nanny in the future as should anyone else. Highly recommended.

Emanuel did a great job getting our puppy from Texas to California. There were a LOT of hiccups with flight delays, and he was sure to keep me updated and diligent about communication. While hiring someone who you have not met in person can be nerve racking- rest assure that Emanuel is going to get the job done professionally, and efficiently. I was very nervous having not used citizen shipper before, but am so grateful we chose Emanuel. Thank you again for getting our sweet girl home safely! 🙏🏻

Absolutely excellent! Easy communication. Proactive. Attentive to needs. Willing to communicate with breeder for transportation arrangements. Had his flights rescheduled by the airline and still managed to get kitten picked up and transferred on schedule. So glad we chose Emanuel! 🙌🏼💕

Words cannot express how wonderful Emanuel was! My two dogs I adopted flew with him from California to NJ. The pups were so nervous but he kept them calm. It was not an easy task but he won their love. He found a flight to get them to me safely when the first one didn’t work out. He even picked them up the night before and stayed in a hotel and then took a flight. Beyond dedicated and when I picked up the pups they were so happy with him. I was so nervous but Emanuel kept in touch and sent pics through the entire time. He’s a true dog lover!!! Thank you for bringing our babies home!

Emanuel, the flight nanny, did an absolutely amazing job transporting our two cats from Houston to Cincinnati. He was extremely organized, communicative, and genuinely caring throughout the entire process. He sent frequent travel updates and photos, which gave us great peace of mind. Knowing he flew with our cats made us feel confident they were safe every step of the way. We are incredibly thankful for his service and would highly recommend him to anyone needing pet transport.

I was very hesitant on using a service like this because I simply had to trust someone to handle the transport of my babies across Statelines.. however, Emanuel was very pleasant to work with. He is a trusted and reliable professional! He communicates every step of the way with clear communication. He had a bit of issues due to my cats being so big but needless to say, he made sure my cats were going to be home on time and be able to stick together in the same crate on the flight! If you need any service as such I would highly recommend Emanuel. Hes truly great and exceeds expectations when caring for your pet! He took time to deliver my pets on NEW YEARS DAY!
