I was very hesitant on using a service like this because I simply had to trust someone to handle the transport of my babies across Statelines.. however, Emanuel was very pleasant to work with. He is a trusted and reliable professional! He communicates every step of the way with clear communication. He had a bit of issues due to my cats being so big but needless to say, he made sure my cats were going to be home on time and be able to stick together in the same crate on the flight! If you need any service as such I would highly recommend Emanuel. Hes truly great and exceeds expectations when caring for your pet! He took time to deliver my pets on NEW YEARS DAY! Emmanuel was very good at comunicating went through all of the hoops and diiculties to make sure my doggie got home safe and even carried her throughout the whole flight just to make sure she would be comfortable he sent me plenty of pictures and called me every time
