Heather was great. She was very easy to communicate and coordinate with and she arrived on time (actually a bit early!). Our dog is very wary of new people and can be quite anxious but Heather was very calm and understanding. Heather provided me with GPS to track her route but also kept me up to date with text messages to reassure me everything was going well. Really made a stressful transport for our dog and for us easier than we could have hoped.

She was extremely prompt, gave fantastic updates, was very communicative about her trip and arrival time, but most importantly she took excellent care of our pup during transport.
