Heather picked up our brand new baby mini-Dachshund that was 7.5 hours away and brought her to us with out any issues at all. She was very helpful, amazing with communication, and took such great care of our baby on the trip. I can't say enough good things about her! ❤️

We trusted Heather a few weeks ago to transport our 60 lb pitbull mix from Colorado to Kentucky. The whole process was super easy and she had amazing communication. She picked our dog up in the afternoon and had him delivered the very next evening which was exactly what we planned. This shipper is AMAZING and is such a trooper on long road trips. She was great with the updates and even put up with so much from my new dog being so skiddish and not wanting to behave for her on top of dealing with the winter weather up north. Heather was truly exceptional, and so grateful for the care she gave my cat and hedgy. This was a last-minute need to transport my fur babies, and trust was everything. I truly could not say enough good things— Heather was wonderful for every step of this process! Our transport was very reasonably priced and she made the timeframe work on short notice and could not have been more accommodating. She picked up and delivered exactly when she said and truly cared about the puppy and her well being. She sent pictures and stayed in contact the whole time. I would highly recommend her! So grateful we connected with Heather and happy to have our puppy home with us!
