Working with VIPP was a great experience. I was given updates about the trip and even sent pictures of my puppy. Very happy with the service.

I had an amazing experience with Heather. She was kind, caring, and full of joy throughout the entire process. She kept me well informed every step of the way, and her communication was outstanding. When she picked up my kitten, she immediately noticed that she wasn't feeling well. Her eye was very red and had pus in it—something we had never been properly informed about. Heather called me right away, kept me updated throughout the trip, and took wonderful care of my kitten the entire time. She even made extra stops to gently clean her eye and make sure she was as comfortable as possible. It's clear that Heather truly loves what she does and genuinely cares about every animal in her care. Her actions spoke volumes. Every time I spoke with her, she was warm, cheerful, and genuinely uplifting. She laughed, joked with me, and made every conversation feel personal and reassuring. Her positive attitude and kindness made a stressful situation so much easier, and it was obvious how much she cared. Her compassion, dedication, and excellent communication gave me so much peace of mind. I can't recommend her enough!

She got here before scheduled time, she fed and watered and did appropriate stops and my sweet Koda bear did very well with her. She was absolutely amazing kept me up to date on how he was doing. I’m so happy with her and what she does for people. Thank you for being absolutely amazing!

Heather was great, she had our Frenchie from Michigan to Naples, Florida in a day in a half. She gave us her location so we knew where they were the whole time.

Heather was absolutely exceptional throughout every step of the process. If I could give her 100 stars, I would do it without hesitation. From our very first conversation to the final delivery, she demonstrated the highest level of professionalism, communication, and attention to detail. Heather picked up our brand new baby mini-Dachshund that was 7.5 hours away and brought her to us with out any issues at all. She was very helpful, amazing with communication, and took such great care of our baby on the trip. I can't say enough good things about her! ❤️

We trusted Heather a few weeks ago to transport our 60 lb pitbull mix from Colorado to Kentucky. The whole process was super easy and she had amazing communication. She picked our dog up in the afternoon and had him delivered the very next evening which was exactly what we planned. We will definitely be using her services again and recommend her to anyone needing to transport their fur baby. ◡̈ Thank you Heather!

I unfortunately had something unexpected come Up with family and had to cancel/reschedule but Heather was already en route and was very dependable and nice. Will definitely use her again in the future!
