This shipper is AMAZING and is such a trooper on long road trips. She was great with the updates and even put up with so much from my new dog being so skiddish and not wanting to behave for her on top of dealing with the winter weather up north. She’s very patient and well worth the booking! I’d definitely pick her again! King Rev and my family thanks her and her man for the help!

Heather was truly exceptional, and so grateful for the care she gave my cat and hedgy. This was a last-minute need to transport my fur babies, and trust was everything. From the beginning, Heather was calming, responsive, and clear in her communication, which made it easy to feel at ease throughout the trip. My little ones were safely delivered to their destination, and it was obvious they had been well cared for along the way. Our transport was very reasonably priced and she made the timeframe work on short notice and could not have been more accommodating. She picked up and delivered exactly when she said and truly cared about the puppy and her well being. She sent pictures and stayed in contact the whole time. I would highly recommend her! Heather was great. She was very easy to communicate and coordinate with and she arrived on time (actually a bit early!). Our dog is very wary of new people and can be quite anxious but Heather was very calm and understanding. Heather provided me with GPS to track her route but also kept me up to date with text messages to reassure me everything was going well. Really made a stressful transport for our dog and for us easier than we could have hoped.
