Richard pet rides

Could not be more pleased! Richard and his wife kept me up to date on everything including pics of my little man during his journey. You can tell they both care deeply about pets and my little Francis was delivered in excellent spirits and health. Not even stressed! I think Richard taking him on long walks at rest breaks was such a comfort. I was so nervous about having Francis shipped literally across the country but am so glad I chose RIchard and his team.

Communication was clear and consistent, and they immediately made me feel confident in choosing them to transport my dogs from Miami to Texas. Richard is not only kind and compassionate, but he’s also a true expert when it comes to animals. It’s clear that he genuinely loves what he does. Long-distance pet transportation is no easy task, and it requires a great deal of patience, care, and experience all of which Richard demonstrated throughout. I wholeheartedly recommend Richard’s Pet Rides. He took excellent care of both my Labrador and French Bulldog, and even shared valuable advice to help maintain their health and well-being. Excellent professional service. This is the first time we have ever used a pet transport service and we were quite nervous handing over Winston our golden retriever for a cross country trip. Richard took excellent care of Winston and delivered him on time. He also kept us up to date the entire trip. I would highly recommend.

Richard was fantastic, friendly, loves and cares deeply about our pets Normally Winston gets very excited to see me , and he was but I could tell he bonded with Richard . Richard picked him up in Ohio and 26 hours later he was at my front door. I highly recommend Richard and his service I would definitely use him again !!!

Great service! Of dozens of quotes they were Best quote and they were people who could pick my pup soonest. They got my dog from NYC to Alabama in short order and kept me abreast of things the whole time. I highly recommend them!!

Richard is a road warrior. He trudged from Iowa to Vancouver Washington through some very tough winter weather. He took great care of Sloane. You could tell he really cared about her well being. Richards’s wife kept us apprised of their progress several times per day with photos. You could tell from the photos she was being well cared for. It was relieving to know she was doing well on the trip. I would work with them again if the need arose, and would wholeheartedly recommend him.

Richard provides a CNN much needed service for transporting our pets and delivers them safely with care and on time. From the moment we signed in the communication and updates on the trip is beyond words. We will use Richard again and refer friends and family as well. He is that good!
