From the moment I accepted the bid till the moment my cat was dropped off. The communication was clear and fast. My cat arrived happy and playful. Richard was very friendly and easy to talk to. His wife was very nice and always gave us updates. I highly recommend Richard pet rides.

Richard was amazing with my boy. Kane is extremely malnourished and was filthy upon arrival. He bought food and water for him, because we didn’t think the shelter would give him any. (Unfortunately we were right). Richard drove from Florida, to Alabama to get Kane and then dropped him off to me in New Hampshire. Linda his wife, kept me notified every few hours about how Kane was doing and his mannerisms. I am so thankful for the both of them for getting my new rescue home to rest, eat and forever be loved!

Richard Pet Rides was great! They made a 1700 mile trip from Colorado Springs, CO to Dunnellon, FL in a day and a half! Our Luca was nervous and had been through a lot in the last 9 months and Richard took great care of him to make him comfortable on the trip. He came home with toys and snacks. Communication with Richard’s wife was great. I’d recommend them to anyone looking for transport and I’d use them again if we had to move our pets.
