One of my favorite features was the live GPS tracking—it was so reassuring to be able to follow Timber’s journey in real time and know exactly where she was. Not everything will always go perfectly to plan. In my experience one of the owners of one of the puppy’s they transported got stuck at the airport. Luckily, with Paws Door 2 Door they safely and properly took care of my puppy through that entire process and gave me plenty of photos/ updates to make me feel secure. My puppy was in a very good headspace and mood when we had gotten to meet him. I’m very grateful for Paws Door 2 Door.

The process of securing a flight from where the pet transporter lived to the destination to get my cat was problematic. The problems occurred when the airline changed the flight or the flight was cancelled due to weather or the pet transporter was delayed from being somewhere else. Communication between my cat's caretakers and the Express Pet was not always timely; this, of course caused more challenges for them, and a heck of a lot of stress for all of us. Finally, on July 14, Pet Express arrived with Mish Mish at the Las Vegas International Airport, and I picked her up. I am grateful for that she was alive and well and overall grateful for Rob at Pet Express.

Aaron was absolutely amazing. He worked with me on the price because I spent every cent I had trying to save a pound puppy. He made sure she was comfortable the entire way, from California to South Carolina. Aaron stayed in contact with me the entire time and was very considerate of the time differences. He took her to parks every day and through the ball for her. He even checked in a week later to make sure she was settling into her new home. I already know my puppy misses him. With aaron , you're not just getting a transporter, You're getting someone you can call a friend that truly cares as much as you do about your pet. Sending our pet by vehicle across country with a stranger was a scary idea. When our puppy saw that a stranger was trying to take her away, she was initially very unhappy. My wife and I were sad. However, from the photos we could see that after a very short time our puppy came to enjoy the trip and the time walking at the various stops. We relaxed. By the time our puppy arrived at her training home, she wanted to get back in the car and continue the trip. We 100% recommend Paws Door to Door! They stayed in contact, shared photos, and our puppy was truly happy.

I am extremely satisfied with the care the professionalism the kindness the remarkable degree of communication that took place and the speed in which they brought these two kids out here to Mom. Their price was very very reasonable considering the precious cargo they transported. They do it they deliver directly to the house with an amazing thing it was to look outside when I hadn't gotten light yet and there they were I'm just amazed very impressed and highly recommend them to anyone looking for somebody to transport their precious animals for them. It was well worth it waiting for other bids to come in a moment of clarity you might say because the first few days that came in after I posted were upwards of 3,800 more. Excellent service. Janna was very professional and helpful. I was recently injured and had to move for a new job; because of my injury and the heat wave moving my dogs had become a bit of an issue. I put in a bid and Janna was the most budget friendly option; she was honest and open in saying that she was new but willing to go above and beyond for a good review. She not only went above and beyond but also ensured my 2 dogs (Husky and GSD) were comfortable and cared for the entire 4-5 hour trek. She sent constant updates and pictures and allowed me to track her location using the Life360 app. She handled the drop off like a pro (even the small mix up). Overall I can not recommend her enough; she is professional, caring about dogs snd very well with communication. She gave me complete peace of mind about my dogs during what was a very chaotic and stressful move.

I am extremely satisfied with the whole transport experience with A Worthy Ride. They were very responsive and timely to my questions and texts and unbelievably took only 2 1/2 days to transport my pet from Florida to Los Angeles. The fee was extremely reasonable and the driver was so nice and professional that even the people he picked the dog up from mentioned how nice he was. I would definitely recommend them and definitely use them again!

This was hands down the best experience I have ever had with having anything transported. Marq was amazing at communicating through the entire process. He was reassuring to the family I got my dog from and made me feel confident I could trust him. He treats his deliveries as if they are his own pets and is very punctual. My dog was already attached to him by the time he was delivered. Marq is kind and professional and has my highest recommendation. I will definitely be using them again for any future pets.
