My name is Katelyn and I would LOVE to help you with your transport. I'm new to this business, but not new to transporting horses and dogs all over the United States. I've transported, shown and traveled with my own pets since a very young age. It just made sense for pet transportation to be a part of my business. I own and run Bone Creek Ranch, LLC. We are family operated and we will treat your pet as one of our own. I know first hand how stressful it is sending your fur-baby off with a stranger. After an experience that I had with a transporter, I decided that it just made sense to make transportation a part of my business. We share our GPS, we send updates with pictures and we listen to what your needs and the dogs needs are. I am available by phone, text or email before, during, and after your transport. I'm not just saying that, I mean it. All of my drivers are family or myself. Our drivers use their late model vehicles which are temperature controlled, so your pet is comfortable. I know all of our drivers and love and respect them as they are family and you will love them too. Let me introduce you...My retired Dad is my "go-to" co-pilot. When he's driving or I'm driving, know that your pet is getting all the extra attention they deserve and more. Additionally, there's my Mom and she takes "Pet Grandma" very seriously...and I mean very seriously. My husband and brother both have big hearts and when they can get away, you may see one of them too. We understand schedules and deadlines. We pride ourselves with meeting your needs and time schedules. Our goal is to help your pet get safely to his/her destination with the least amount of stress. At stops we will update you with texts and pictures and you can contact us, anytime. I have traveled all over the United States showing horses and I now travel showing in the AKC world, my own two dogs. I have two Pembroke Welsh Corgis, a Norwegian Buhound and a Red Bone Coonhound. Traveling, time frames and pets needs and stress are very familiar to me and what it takes to provide a comfortable and safe environment to ensure an on time and safe ride. If there is a problem along the way, I have an animal science degree and years of living and being raised on a farm to notice most things that come up and how to take action. Safe travels, happy tails, and a journey you can trust—that’s my promise every mile of the way. I am very thankful to have a platform like Citzenshipper to connect us all together. I was MORE than impressed with Bone Creek Ranch Transport. They were of course firstly cost effective - so game them a look. After chatting with Katelyn .... she was sharp and professional. We planned it a few weeks out and everything went like clockwork. Our dogs, both Bull Mastiffs - who can be challenging due to their size were handled with love and care. Katelyn was outstanding with keeping us posted both in the morning and evening on their four day cross country journey. Verbal and photo updates were great to get and gave us assurance that things were progressing nicely. Finally, they picked up AND delivered.....RIGHT ON TIME! That alone today goes a long way. I would strongly recommend them ... and will gladly use them again should the need arise! ....

This was our first time ever getting a dog from a location so far we couldn’t drive! I was super worried about booking anything or anyone to drive our dog to us, as it’s a lot of money to lose! However Bone Creek really stood out and made us feel very secure! They got her to us very quickly, at a good price and she arrived in great health and not as messy as I had assumed she’d be! Thanks again Bone Creek and I’d highly recommend!

First and foremost, I would like to state what resilient, hard working, and caring people Katelyn and her Family are. I was extremely nervous having my dog transported across the country, especially during the winter months, but Bone Creek Ranch took care of business! This trip turned out to be a "Murphy's Law" kind of trip where no one was at fault, but all external forces seemed to be working against us. This resulted in some delays, but BCR did their absolute best to stay on schedule and keep me informed every step of the way. They were even nice enough to grant me a small discount and mail my dog's favorite blanket and toys to me that were unfortunately left behind. You can learn a lot about a business when things are going well, but even more when things aren't. Bone Creek Ranch proved themselves to me as trustworthy operators and I feel it is my duty to share my experience with other potential customers. Thank you, Katelyn and Fam for TCOB!

Traveling in winter weather, sub zero temps, they kept in contact with me to let me know of any delay etc. She was great with our 7 month old Labrador, went above and beyond, helping him learn to like going into the crate!
