I cannot express how amazing Bone Creek Ranch was/ is! They were communicative, prompt, loving, caring, - literally I feel like they became family in two quick days! Our two dogs were cared for and loved from start to finish. We are so thankful for you and a million times over would recommend to anyone!!!

I wish I could add more stars. Katelyn and Rich from Bone Creek Ranch and Transport should be your first and only consideration when looking for a pet shipper. Due to military orders we had to move from Okinawa Japan to Virginia and our dog (a Bernedoodle) is too large to fly commercially. Therefore we explored ground options. Fortunately, we came across this site. Though skeptical at first, it truly paid off. Looking through all the bids we received, Bone Creek’s few reviews seemed to be of quality and their profile was inviting, so we took a chance. This just so happened to be one of the best decisions and smoothest things that happen in our 2 month long international move process and 40+ hour travel day. The teams’s communication was clear and consistent from budding to final payment. Our pet was picked up right outside the terminal during a brief layover in Seattle and we still managed to make our next flight despite a delay in our arrival. During the cross country road trip, we received daily updates and pictures ensuring our dog was safe. Though he was very anxious (normal for him) the Rich took extra care of our beloved pet and gave him everything he needed and more. Delivery was just as smooth as drop off, giving us the option to stay up late and receive our pet as soon as he got in the area or wait until morning. We are so very grateful for Katelyn and Rich and Bone Creek Ranch and Transport. In the event Bender has to travel again without us, they will be the first call!
