Pet Transit Solutions were professional and flexible when coordinating with me for a very difficult court-order stolen pet surrender and delivery back home to me. They handled the situation sensitively for everyone (even for the thief surrendering her) and put my parrot’s best interests first. They were attentive and even stopped to pick up some of her favorite fruit for her to nibble on. I never asked them to, they just did it because they felt that was what she needed for the most comfortable trip possible out of a bad situation and a lengthy journey home. Pickup was scheduled 2 days before and delivery from California to Seattle was completed in a remarkable 16 hours door-to-door. Far and above what I was expecting and better by far than anything anyone else was offering. Pricing was absolutely fair and a hefty tip was added. If I could give 10 stars I would do it without even hesitating. Just stop looking, book these people, these are your people!!

He came to my house at 5:10 AM, picked up the motorcycle and he made sure he had a covered trailer for the motorcycle in case it rained. The 2026 Royal Enfield Bullet was brand new and needed it's first servicing. He drove three hours away to the certified mechanic, waited three hours for them to finish and drove three hours back in one day. The motorcycle looked better when it came back than when I gave it to him. He always airs on the side of caution when he's driving; I observed his driving --he's an expert. He communicates superbly as well.

Susan and her husband were extremely responsive and dependable from start to finish. They came to my home to care for my two cats, which was incredibly important to me since my cats do not tolerate crates and are very uncomfortable being taken outside. Throughout the entire time, Susan kept me updated every few hours with messages, which gave me great peace of mind. She also asked thoughtful questions whenever something came up, making sure she was always providing the best possible care. I truly appreciated the communication, attentiveness, and genuine care they showed for my cats. I had to make a last minute drop off location change and she was able to drop them off in a different location. I will contact them again in the future when I need help with moving my pets or objects. Thank you so much, I really appreciated your help, you and your husband were a life saver ☺️

I’m traveling from North Carolina to Seattle Washington and I was so so SOOO worried about how to travel with my Rats(Bill and Ted) and mouse(Gizmo). I have never traveled with pets before, let alone small “exotic” animals like them, I was so scared about the possibility of not being able to take them with me. However, J&J were able to dispel any fears I had about not being able to keep them with me! They were incredibly at communicating with me and helping me prepare for traveling pets for the first time. One of my biggest concerns as a rodent owner especially was finding a shipper who wouldn’t be disgusted by or mistreat my animals 😓 but the moment we started talking and especially after handing the carriers over, all of my worry washed away! When my daughter was home for Christmas she wanted to adopt a dog from the Humane Society, for her Christmas gift. She adopted a wonderful Collie/Corgi mix. When she inquired with the airline about taking it home, it was just a little too big to go in the plane with her and too cold to travel as cargo. We come up with only one option; rent a car and drive from California to Minnesota. We decided that it would take too long and we didn’t want to drive in the winter. Thankfully, we found Thom, who was the perfect match for us! He has the best attitude, is very communicative and filled is in two or more times a day, and was flexible with our pickup time and drop time. He bonded with Murphy during the 3 day trip. CJ was the absolute best! We needed someone to drive our 4 month puppy from CA to NY. We were nervous to find someone who would be able to care for Roxy on such a long journey - but CJ made the entire experience friendly and comortable for us and for Roxy. CJ was an excelent communicator and sent us videos and photos of her meal times and multiple daily stops/walks every 2-3 hours. As well as GPS location sharing so we could follow the ride. She arrived in New York a happy and well cared for puppy. He also checked in with us the day after to make sure she was settling in ok. He really cares for the pets like they're his own. She bonded with my 2 (a 7-year-old Border Collie/Lab mix and a very active 10-month-old Pomapoo) from the minute they met. She was in contact with me the whole 2400 mile trip. Christian transported our pet from Central Texas to Fort Collins Colorado in early January 2026. Total trip time was just over 24 hours from pick up to delivery. The trip was documented along the way with location pins and pictures. We as senders, and our daughter as the receiver were able to track the journey in real time. All the logistics were fantastic. Hats off to Christian for finding so many fenced in areas for dogs along the way. Our dog looked like she enjoyed the play time, and getting to stretch her legs during their travel breaks. Christian was able to find a time that worked for both of our schedules to make our transport. We are so pleased it all worked out for Christian's Pup Hound Transport to be our partner. We highly recommend Christian and would choose to partner with him again for another transport, even if it meant waiting for a scheduling time.

If I could give 100 stars instead of 5, I absolutely would. Samantha and her husband did an absolutely incredible job transporting our puppy from Iowa to Norfolk, Virginia. From the very beginning, everything was handled with such care, professionalism, and love. They kept us constantly updated throughout the entire trip — sending photos, videos, sharing their live location, and letting us know how our puppy was doing every step of the way: how she was eating, drinking, sleeping, peeing, and pooping. Knowing all these details gave us so much peace of mind. What was especially important for us is that our puppy never touched the ground during transport. She was always with them, safely in the car, and never transported with any other animals. This level of attention and responsibility truly means everything, especially for a young puppy who must be kept safe and healthy. Everything was done perfectly. You can tell they genuinely care about the animals they transport — this is not just a job for them, it’s a calling. I couldn’t be happier with this experience. I hired him literally the night before pickup, and he still went above and beyond. He picked my dog up in Florida and brought her to me in Baltimore, and she arrived happy, healthy, and clearly well taken care of. DO NOT BOOK WITH THIS PET TRANSPORT SERVICE We had a deeply alarming and unacceptable experience. They were scheduled to pick up our dog at 12:00 PM on Tuesday the 30th, but did not arrive until close to 8:00 PM. Instead of beginning the transport as agreed, they took our dog to their personal residence without prior approval and became unresponsive to calls and messages for hours. After repeated attempts to reach them, we were told they needed to get a rental car and would leave at 4:00 AM. At 4:00 AM, they were still at their house. Again, they did not answer calls until around 11:00 AM, at which point they stated they had “fallen asleep” and still had not left. At that point, we no longer felt safe having our dog in their care and cancelled the service, requesting our dog be returned immediately to our family. Instead of returning him promptly, they delayed for hours and stated they were waiting at a location while attempting to book another pet, despite our cancellation. We had to actively track them down to retrieve our dog. When our dog was returned, he was visibly distressed, struggling to breathe, and had redness around his eyes. We were also told afterward that they “didn’t really want to take the trip,” which raises serious concerns about why the job was accepted in the first place. This experience showed a complete lack of professionalism, communication, and concern for animal safety. Our dog’s wellbeing was put at risk. I strongly advise others not to book this service if you care about your pet’s safety.

Russ was absolutely amazing! From start to finish, he went above and beyond and made the entire transport experience completely stress-free. Bella is a rescue, so I was especially nervous about having her transported, but Russ immediately put me at ease. He provided constant updates, sent so many pictures, and kept me fully in the loop the entire time — which meant everything to me. You can truly tell how much Russ cares about the animals he transports. Bella was clearly comfortable, happy, and well cared for, and knowing she was in such patient, compassionate hands gave me total peace of mind.
