I was extremely nervous about sending my dog Koa on such a long journey from Hawaii to Virginia, especially after a past bad experience, but Whitney made all the difference. She was kind, patient, and very understanding throughout the entire process. Knowing Koa was in her care—especially during pickup from IAD—gave me so much peace of mind.
