Highly recommend! Were able to pick up little Wilhelmina the night before, making my departure the next morning way simpler. Also met me right outside my gate AND towed my overloaded carryon and other cat to baggage claim. Love them! Wish the booking fee had been lower bit of a shock. I know couriers don't set it, but a word from them may help. Some folks may not be able to afford to use the service at all, hence no income. Thanks!
