I am so grateful to Rick Matta for his care, compassion and expertise. We entrusted our dog Duke to Rick to transport him from Texas to Florida. Rick alleviated our fears through texts, photos and calls. Even through bad weather he was calm which helped Duke and us. Duke arrived safely today and we are so grateful. MPTransport did an excellent job with transporting Wally my 85lb Basset hound. My son is deployed and Wally is visiting Grandma until my son comes home. Thank you for the great service and transport of our big furry Wally. I highly recommend to anyone that has a pet that they need to transport across country for any reason.

Had a great experience working with Rick. He was very communicative throughout the process and kept me updated during the drive. Took great care of my dog and made sure to accommodate her particular needs.

Rick was extremely professional throughout the entire transport service. I never felt any unease leaving my two fur babies with him because I knew they were in good hands. I will 100% utilize his services again if needed and I would recommend him to anyone.

Rick is very responsible, he was so punctual that I got out of work and went back right after meeting with him and people barely noticed I was gone. His communication skills are great, which is highly appreciated because we felt that our dog was in safe hands. 11 Dec 2025 - Thank you, Thank you…. Initially I was worried but once I rec’d the first phone call Rick to confirm my reservation and to go over details, all of my worried disappeared. I was kept informed and with pictures from the time my little Coby was picked up in SA through out his 24 hr journey to his drop off in Madison AL. I would Not hesitate to use MPTransport again…. Thank you so much for making this trip calm free and pleasant for me and Coby.

Most wonderful experience! His priority was making sure the animals were loved, comfortable and well taken care of. I honestly couldn’t have asked for a better experience! We even got photos throughout the trip and status updates, I would recommend this transport again and plan to use it for future needs.
