I had such a great experience! My pup was taken well care of and delivered safely in good time! I would definitely use her again! She did great at communicating and sending pics and updates. If you’re looking for someone to take good care of your baby then I would definitely recommend using her!!

Dawn was excellent with my dog! She was so kind and treated him like he was her own child. She send me pictures every time she stopped and telling me all the details of my dog. I was so happy that I picked her to bring my dog home! Thank you , Dawn!!

She had excellent communication. She was communicating with me through the whole drive checking on the dogs stopping every hour to see if he was OK. She did an excellent job and delivered her right to my driveway right to my front door. It was so it was a really neat experience. I highly recommend her.

Very communicative through the whole process

I can’t say enough good things about Dawn! She recently transported my dogs across the country, and from start to finish, she was absolutely amazing. Dawn was incredibly thoughtful and patient—she took the time to understand my dogs’ personalities and needs, kept me updated throughout the trip, and made sure they were comfortable every step of the way. It was clear how much care and effort she put into making the journey safe and stress-free. She overcame a few challenges that my dogs through her way and did it with love and grace. My dogs arrived happy and healthy which says everything about the quality of her service. I would 100% trust Dawn again and highly recommend her to anyone looking for a dependable, compassionate transporter.

Absolutely phenomenal experience. We set up a time for pickup and drop off a few weeks ago and she kept me informed and was able to go pick up the puppy a few days early. The communication and miles she completed shows a skill set, compassion and business quality that I would recommend to anyone needing a service for their current pet or for adopting a pet. My first experience with this company and it exceeds most experiences I've had and over 15 years and we travel for the military every few years so above and beyond I'm so appreciative.. But she truly cares about animals and really has that connection with them to make them feel safe and comfortable. Thankful for her. If anyone is looking like I was frantic not knowing what to do please just stop and choose this lovely lady.

I had a wonderful experience with Dawn. She kept me updated on her travels the entire time. I would recommend her to take your fur baby anywhere..:) She picked up our new puppy in Michigan and brought her to us in NY. I wish I could give her more than 5 stars!

Dawn was very communicative and super nice! My dog usually barks at strangers but he felt very comfortable her! Would recommend to all my friends
