I was very hesitant on using a service like this because I simply had to trust someone to handle the transport of my babies across Statelines.. however, Emanuel was very pleasant to work with. He is a trusted and reliable professional! He communicates every step of the way with clear communication. He had a bit of issues due to my cats being so big but needless to say, he made sure my cats were going to be home on time and be able to stick together in the same crate on the flight! If you need any service as such I would highly recommend Emanuel. Hes truly great and exceeds expectations when caring for your pet! He took time to deliver my pets on NEW YEARS DAY! Highly recommend Aunt Emi for transporting your fur baby. After five days and four nights on a 2,100-mile cross-country trip, our girl arrived safe and sound, and we were so happy to see her. Aunt Emi stayed in touch the whole way, sending texts at stops, updates on what she was eating, dog rest areas they visited, and even photos from the motels where our pup had a cozy spot (and sometimes shared the bed!). We got so many pictures along the way, and those meant a lot to us. When our girl had a brief issue and wasn’t going number two, Aunt Emi grabbed some pumpkin to help, which really showed how attentive and thoughtful she is. Her little dog was also a great companion and helped keep our pup calm during the trip. Handing your pet over to someone you don’t know takes a lot of trust, and Aunt Emi treated our girl like she was her own. She arrived happy, comfortable, and ready to play with the other dogs in our care. We honestly couldn’t have asked for a better experience. She went above and beyond every step of the way and cannot recommend her enough for your pet travel needs. Thank you, Aunt Emi, for taking such great care of her.

Super disappointed in my dog’s transportation. She came back to me after a week with cuts all over her paws and legs. Due to the fact that on the first day of her trip, she soiled her bed due to being scared. He didn’t replace the bed with anything, so she slid around in an empty crate with a towel in the back of a truck for a week. When he dropped her off, he stated that her items were inaccessible, which means she didn’t have them the whole time, therefore he couldn’t give them back to me. Lost everything I sent her with. Glad to have my dog back but angry and disappointed in this experience.

I wanted to share my experience, as unfortunately it was not a positive one. While I understand that delays can happen, the driver was late dropping our dog off and communication throughout the trip was lacking. We were promised tracking and regular footage, but the tracking was never provided and the footage we did receive was very limited and not reassuring. In addition, the driver’s attitude during communication did not feel professional or caring, which added to our concern. When our dog arrived, the driver would not hand him over until payment was received or come to the door to drop him off . Which was uncomfortable given the situation. Most concerning was our dog’s condition upon arrival. He appeared to be in pain, particularly around his backside, which made us feel he may not have been properly cared for or given adequate bathroom breaks during the trip. Overall, this was not the experience we were hoping for, and we were left feeling disappointed and worried rather than reassured. I hope this feedback can be used to improve communication, care, and professionalism for future trips.

This was my first time having anything hauled and CMA made it a great experience. Very glad I did not use a broker and was able to work and talk directly with the driver. I was able to review and discuss very specific details/concerns around the shipment ahead of time. I was provided insurance details, driver license and direct phone number of the driver. I was kept updated on progress multiple times, with multiple photos/videos as the shipment was checked for shifting. Was a dedicated haul, with no loading/unloading of the equipment which was important due to the specialized nature of the equipment. Delivered on time with no damage. Sam is an absolute gem of person, and I am so grateful to have found him! He took my boy cross-country from FL to CA in just over 2 days and the trip was seamless from start to finish. We were originally supposed to fly out together to CA when I relocated for work, but after getting kicked off the airplane for being a little too excited, driving Teddy became our only option so I turned to CitizenShipper — I was so nervous to entrust someone I didn’t know with Teddy (as I’ve heard horror stories / Reddit seems hit or miss) and even considered doing the drive myself but Sam is a consummate professional and immediately put me at ease. I “interviewed” several people through the CitizenShipper app before landing on Sam and suggest you do the same. He has completed the background check, USDA verification and a CDL so I felt comfortable that he was qualified for this type of trip. He was extremely communicative before, during and after the trip. He arrived exactly when he said he would for both pick up and drop off. He shared his location with me the entire time and sent video montages / picture updates throughout the journey, which were hysterical. They included time stamps / location stamps so you can see exactly where they were on the route. He even made sure Teddy was able to stretch his legs at dog parks along the way and went so far as to hand-feed him when he was being picky about eating his food. He is.clearly a true animal lover and it shows. The modified van set-up is ideal for long cross-country hauls (Teddy hopped right in and slept most of the way). It was spotlessly clean and Teddy arrived happy and stress-free, which was remarkable given the length of the trip. Sam is so professional and accommodating, even pushing up our trip so Teddy was able to make it to CA in time for the New Year. For the white glove service he provided, his rate is more than reasonable and on par with other options on the CitizenShipper platform. I will 10000% be working with Sam again and cannot recommend him highly enough / say enough good things about this experience. I’ve already told several friends about him so selfishly hope he doesn’t book up too much for Teddy and I in the future! :) I am so relieved to have found him! THANK YOU, SAM! Happy New Year! 🎊 🐶
