Hi! My name is Shonda, and I am the owner and operator of Artemis Ark Transport and Shuttle Services, LLC. We provide premiere pet services. We are local to the DC, VA, and MD area but provide our outstanding service NATIONWIDE! Firstly, THANK YOU for taking a moment to consider Artemis Ark for your pet transport needs. It is not lost on me that trusting a stranger with your beloved pet is a conscious and heartfelt decision. Pets are our family and for a lot of us, myself included, they are an enormous source of comfort. It is with that in mind, that we hold ourselves to a high bar when transporting your fur family. SERVICES ⭐️ We are committed to providing excellent service and communication from pick-up to drop off. What does that look like for you? • GPS tracking is offered using the Life360 app on ALL transports. • You will have direct access to us via cellphone, WhatsApp, etc. • We promise to consistently “stay in touch” with pictures, status check-ins, etc. and encourage you, the client, to feel free to reach out to us as you see fit! • When needed, we stay at pet friendly hotels so that no pet is left unattended. ⭐️ We offer nationwide domestic / exotic pet transportation for all breeds of animals. We are USDA certified and adhere to the requirements of that governing agency. ⭐️ We provide DOOR to DOOR, SOLO/VIP, NON-SMOKING and above all SAFE, pet transportation. We service one family at a time, so no other pets will travel in the vehicle throughout the duration of the trip. What does that look like for you? • Climate-controlled vehicles ensure that your pet stays comfortable even during extended rides. We stop every 3 to 4 hours for necessary breaks and walks. • Puppies are required to be 9 weeks or older. Puppies typically are not fully vaccinated. For this reason, we provide a STRICT "no paws on the ground" transport to ensure their health and safety. • We also work collaboratively with your breeder to make sure that the transport of your new fur baby is safe, secure and trauma free. • Cats/kittens are transported in large kennels with a litter box provided inside that is cleaned daily throughout the transport. ✈️ Flight Nanny services are available and include additional costs that can be discussed if requested. ADDITIONAL PEACE OF MIND ⭐️ $2M Comprehensive Insurance: We provide a comprehensive insurance coverage for every animal transported, ensuring their protection in the unlikely event of any unforeseen circumstances. ☎️ 24/7 On-Call Vet FirstVet provides participating drivers access to licensed veterinarian support, 24 hours a day. All day, every day. BOOKING ⭐️ We get booked up quickly so please respond as soon as you can so that we can offer you the best possible rate. Our bids though reasonable are always negotiable! PAYMENT ⭐️ We require a 50% deposit at the time of the booking, and the remaining balance is due upon the delivery. ⭐️ We have a variety of payment options for your convenience to include credit/debit cards, CashApp, Zelle, Venmo, and cash. ⭐️PLEASE NOTE: Citizenshipper charges a fee for you to book based the cost of the bid that is accepted. Shonda is excellent and a great communicator! She and her team took good care of our dog in transporting him cross country! They provide plenty of photos as well as gps tracking for comfort of us owners. They also added the benefit of transporting him in our vehicle per our request. American Airlines dropped me and my dog's cargo booking 10 days before my trip, and Shonda helped me at this extremely stressful time by filling in last minute and transporting my dog to where he needed to be! They were ABSOLUTELY FANTASTIC! They kept to their promised schedule, communicated with us at least once a day and gave us the ability to track their location all along the way We have three littles that needed to get from AZ to NY and they took excellent care of them. We saw how comfortable they were while traveling and they were delivered healthy and happy. I recommend them 10000%- give them 6 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Artemis is for real ,We had four cats picked up in Phoenix Arizona to go to Long Island New York ,we were able to negotiate a drop off time as we needed an extra day we we’re very satisfied with the service and the cats arrived fine Would use Artemis agian and highly recommend

If I could give these amazing people 10 stars I would! They stepped in last minute when another shipper was a no show. The level of communication before and then during the trip was fantastic. I received regular detailed updates with pictures throughout the long, multi-day trip. They are very experienced in handling animals, and show a deep level of care and compassion for my dog. Highly recommend.

My four cats were delivered so fast! She even came late at night because she knew I wanted them back with me as soon as possible! All my cats were well taken care of and are already back to being menaces! 😊
