We clean and sanitize all equipment, kennels, leashes, blankets, and bowls after every use. Padding and bedding are changed frequently. Before we transport must have proof of up to date vaccinations for each pet. We will verify all paperwork and any payment (if needed) is taken care of for all parties involved before handing the pet off at the drop off location. If you have questions before or during transport ask away! Need location sharing along the way? No problem!!! Pictures?! You’ll get plenty from pickup confirmation & along the ride! We ALWAYS keep both the pickup and drop off contacts with an updated ETA. We are Cat and Dog CPR/ First Aid certified ✅ PetCare insured ✅ and have access to a 24/7 Vet. ✅ Our mission is to help keep your pet as little anxious as possible. We promise that we will treat your pets as our own with plenty of love 🥰 and with the uttermost respect. The cuddles and slobbery kisses are a plus!!! 👅😘 *****Just so you are aware, Citenshipper requires a fee that is separate from our payment. Danielle was superb from the moment we made contact until drop off. Very communicative on information, qualifications, location, condition of animal, and overall situational awareness. Extremely impressed by her professionalism, support, and transportation skills through the entire process. Safety was paramount due to a few heavy storms she drove through.
