Antonio was great. Was very flexible and delivered our kitty Reya in what seemed like no time at all, he was very communicative during the trip letting us know what was happening. Our kitty Reya is shy and we were worried she would be scared when he dropped her off but she was fine and took no time relaxing once home. My father passed away a few weeks ago, leaving his sweet kitty, Tokyo, behind. My sister that lives in Arizona wanted to adopt Tokyo so we needed to figure out how to get him from Daytona Beach, FL to Flagstaff, AZ. After setting up a request on CitizenShipper, I had 21 bids from people wanting to transport him. I chose to hire Christina and her husband and I’m so happy I did. Her credentials stood out from the rest. She also transported Tokyo and only Tokyo. He was a VIP! Unlike other transporter who transport multiple animals at once, she only transported Tokyo so he wouldn’t be traumatized. We were able to see her route as she traveled across the country and she gave us frequent updates and photos all along the way. She and her husband take turns driving non-stop so it the fastest ground transport possible. She picked Tokyo up on Wednesday morning and he arrived at his new home Friday evening! It was an amazing experience and I would hire her again in a heartbeat!

We recently hired Robbie to transport our Great Pyrenees from TX to upstate NY. Robbie was communicative in the planning process, prompt in picking up, and had everything ready for a comfortable trip including some nutritional treat in case our dog became too anxious to eat. He share his location throughout the trip, as well as photos at each stop and each morning. He gave our dog lots of love and snuggles, delivered early (with our approval). Jennifer showed up on to pick up the puppy I thought was ready but the breeder disnt have health certificate. (I didnt know this at the time and I guess the puppy was a few days under age..I didnt know this either so this was my own fault). Jennifer told me that she could pick up the puppy back up on in 3 days when he was 8 weeks I also had the breeder get his health certificate. He was ready to go, she canceled for Wednesday. Then told me she would get him Thursday...cancelled again, then told me friday morning then friday evening... then said friday morning 8am ...then canceled again today. Told me it was a "family emergency" (she has used this in the past! If you read reviews) . It was my own fault bc she has past reviews of doing the same exact thing.

This was an absolutely wonderful experience from booking to delivery. Excellent communication, plenty of photo updates along the way, wonderful people who took care of our dog as if she was their own and even checked in the next day after she made the trip to ask how she was settling in. In fact, once out of the car he turned to go back to the vehicle instead of coming into the house! My dog is an elder 14 yr old golden retriever so I was worried about the long trip. The people are very nice and seem to be very caring. But I did not get prompt service. They were a day late and picking up the dog. Then the delivery was supposed to be no more than two or three days. It took them four full days to get my dog here. I understand that they had car trouble. But I feel they should’ve had a backup plan for that sort of problem. They were told that the dog is very nervous when she’s in a car. They were told about giving her some calming medicine. That was not done. So she was shaking and nervous and in stress the entire time. Also, the dog never relieves herself anywhere in the house. When she arrived, the driver had her dog bed and blanket wrapped in several plastic bags because they were so wet. I had to throw that away. So be cautious when you sign up to get your pet transported.

Honestly this was a great experience! I recently moved to alaska with the army and was struggling finding an affordable way to get my fur baby up here. Luckly I came across this website and J&J flight nanny who flew out to get my pet in arizona and met me in alaska! Ok so this is a real and 100 percent review of this family owned and operated company, Pet Tasker is the way to go if u want ur animal/family addition moved with care and the upmost respect and with real genuine people, no ai or smart garbage, my name is David Hoover and I moved my entire family from the east coast to the mid west, my canine is a level 2 protection dog and I was able to meet drivers and the pet Tasker family via video and in person, now there was a hickup in the very beginning (first 11 hours of the trip) but it was very minor and was very simply and felt with professionally! Shawn, Jessie, and Charles u guys are f——-g amazing in every way I would 100 percent use u again if needed and will recommend ur company to anyone, I will also be going on google and saying this same thing along with on ur personal app and social media The best choice I made hands down and am very thankful for u and ur team!
