We had the pleasure of working with Russ to transport our American Staffordshire Bull Terrier, Gotti, from Seattle, WA to Buffalo, NY. From start to finish, Russ was amazing. As first-time dog transporters, we were understandably nervous about the long journey, but Russ kept us at ease the entire time. He provided regular updates on Gotti's well-being, including feeding and water breaks, and even shared details about playtime, which was such a relief for us. When Gotti arrived, he was happy, healthy, and ready to settle into his new home. You can tell Russ truly cares about the dogs he transports, and we’re so grateful for the care and attention he gave Gotti during the trip. Russ was absolutely amazing! From start to finish, he went above and beyond and made the entire transport experience completely stress-free. Bella is a rescue, so I was especially nervous about having her transported, but Russ immediately put me at ease. He provided constant updates, sent so many pictures, and kept me fully in the loop the entire time — which meant everything to me. You can truly tell how much Russ cares about the animals he transports. Bella was clearly comfortable, happy, and well cared for, and knowing she was in such patient, compassionate hands gave me total peace of mind. His communication, professionalism, kindness, and attention to detail were outstanding. If you’re looking for a transporter you can fully trust with your fur baby — Russ is the one. Russ transported our 100+ lb. Rottweiler smoothly and quickly. He also transported an extra large crate and some accessories at no extra charge. The previous owner didn't have a leash or water bowl to send so he picked one up before he left Indy. Made good time and got to Boise in 2 days even with hotel stays. Friendly, communicative and sent pictures of each stop. Answered all my questions. Made sure to feed & water at regular intervals as well as regular bathroom breaks. Very grateful for how good Russ was to work with and for Leo's safe arrival. Would totally recommend!!

5 star all the way. We shipped our Doberman from CA to West Virginia and Russ was very professional and calm with constant photos and updates. If you need to ship your pet, Russ is the man.

Russ was EXCELLENT. Transported our newly rescued boxer very quickly and gave him lots of love. Very communicative and constantly sent updates without me asking. Thank you!

The best service ever! Literally got updates with pictures every few hours and communication was great. Definitely worth the price!

What an amazing experience. If you’re worried about sending your pet with a stranger then Russ is your guy. He reassures you every step of the way. He drove my pit bull 2800 miles and I had pictures of him every night and morning. He picked him Up promptly and dropped him off ahead of schedule. You can tell he cares for animals and he is thoughtful to their owners too. I thought it was a little expensive when I booked the trip but now I believe Russ was worth every penny. Every time I asked if he could do something he politely answered yes. Don’t hesitate, hire Russ and you’ll be happy you did.

Russ transported my dog from Minnesota to Arizona. My dog struggles with reactivity, and Russ quickly formed a bond with her in a way that few have done. Russ provided pictures/updates along the way, and it was clear that he really cared about my dog. He exceeded all expectations I had for this transport!

Russ and kind and professional from start to finish. He connected with our dog quickly and at drop off we could see the respectful connection between Russ and our dog. Russ sent frequent photos at every stop and communicated with us throughout the trip to let us know his location, what hotel they would stay in, and their estimated time of arrival. Russ was incredible with my 10 month old Golden Retriever. He had a very calm presence and instantly connected with my pup. He was communicative and sent lots of updates. I would absolutely use Russ again!
