Russ was so kind with our dog and very prompt, courteous, in touch and reliable. We had a great experience with Russ and would highly recommend him.

Russ transported a shelter dog from Atlanta to his new home in Newburgh, New York. Russ was absolutely amazing! I booked same day and he picked up promptly within hours. He kept me updated throughout the whole trip. Sent me photos at every rest stop. Stayed at a nice hotel overnight and help Ozzy sleep on the couch. He was very responsive, professional, and fast. 10/10 reccomend and will be using him in the future and recommending him to other foster parents who need to transport out of state.

Russ was phenomenal. He cares deeply about the animal and went above and beyond and helped me in a situation that most wouldn’t, he was patient with a nervous dog and even bought him a crate/toys to bring with him, he kept me up to date with photos and videos and arrived on time. Couldn’t have asked for a better experience!!

Russ did an amazing job driving our golden retriever from San Francisco to NY. He sent frequent photos and messages and made the trip in just 3 1/2 days.

I was very skeptical in sending my dog across country with someone I had never met before and through a company I had never used before, but Russ was very patient with me and made me feel more confident in the process. Russ was amazing! He was reliable, timely, and kept us informed during his entire two-day trip! He always sent us great pictures of our dog during his breaks and a map of where he was during his drive. Most importantly, our dog loved him and jumped into Russ' backseat before he even needed to leave! He was ready to go! We hired Russ to transport our dog, Gaea, and car from Broward County, Florida to Contra Costa County, California, over 3100 miles. Russ provided exceptional service! Russ carefully administered Gaea's medication as needed, showing genuine concern for her well-being. The quick delivery reunited our family sooner than expected. Excellent service! Great communication, and took excellent care of my little fur babies from pick up at the airport, to drop off at my home. They arrived safe and happy after a very long journey overseas. I could not be happier with his service and would recommend his services to anyone:)

I booked a VIP ride for my dog Bella with Russ, he was amazing. Bella (Boston Terrier) is a very nervous dog and seems aggressive, but she is a sweet a calm dog once she knows you. Russ handled her very well, and communicated through the entire ride with pictures. Bella was comfortable. I highly recommend him. Thanks Russ! Bella is home.
