Russ was amazing! He was reliable, timely, and kept us informed during his entire two-day trip! He always sent us great pictures of our dog during his breaks and a map of where he was during his drive. Most importantly, our dog loved him and jumped into Russ' backseat before he even needed to leave! He was ready to go! I booked a VIP ride for my dog Bella with Russ, he was amazing. Bella (Boston Terrier) is a very nervous dog and seems aggressive, but she is a sweet a calm dog once she knows you. Russ handled her very well, and communicated through the entire ride with pictures. Bella was comfortable. I highly recommend him. Thanks Russ! Bella is home.
