Jorge provided exceptional service transporting my aunt’s Shih Tzu from Philadelphia to Land O’ Lakes. From start to finish, he kept us updated with regular messages, photos, and videos, which gave us complete peace of mind throughout the journey. He was professional, reliable, caring, and clearly treated our dog as if he were his own. The entire process was smooth, and our dog arrived safely and comfortably. Jorge was a pleasure to work with, and I highly recommend him to anyone needing pet transportation. We will absolutely use him again for any future transportation needs!

I don’t know where to begin!! First off, I have never done this before and did talk to multiple transport providers but did not get that “safe” feeling with anyone but Jorge! Right from the start he returned my many, many questions that I had quickly and politely never making me feel that I was “over the top” which I definitely know I could be!! He made us feel so relaxed and at ease during the whole transport texting us with photos and videos every time he stopped. He picked up our pup in Florida at 9:00 am on a Wednesday and had him to us in Connecticut by the next afternoon at 1:30! When we met him, we felt like we knew him our whole life! Just down to earth and a very caring person!! He loved our pup so much and had his copilot, Rango, his pup with him which helped our pup feel more comfortable. We highly recommend Jorge and wouldn’t think twice about using him for any future transport we may need!!

Where do I start!? I’ve never felt so comfortable leaving my dog with anyone! Jorge is the sweetest soul and so welcoming and excited to help! I have a crazy and a bit skiddish 2 year old golden and he handled her perfectly! All the updates with photos and videos made me so much more comfortable with her on the trip! The driver was awesome. He knew what he was doing. I had no worries about safety. He fed the dogs and gave him treats and water in a timely manner. I highly recommend him to anyone you’re in good hands or you’re in good Paws.

Jorge is a rare breed because of his love for his work and the people he transports for. He helped my mother in a desperate and very sad time of need. He met her in Arizona and was interested to hear her story and talk with her about her cheweenie "BabyGirl". They talked for a bit and he left her feeling happy and worry free. Jorge kept ALL of his promises to stop and feed the animals let them stretch and give us video updates along while sharing his location so we could follow Babygirl on her adventure to me here in Florida. Jorge and I have talked many times over during the journey and I felt like we were brothers. His upmost care and compassion for Babygirl shined through day and night. He drove for days to get her here and when he was finally in florida it was super late. Around 1 am my wife and I were exhausted from a long week ourselves and had our daughter Jasmine meet him and pickup Babygirl in our driveway. The talent and drive and care he showed my mother before during and after left us all speechless. He did something for us very few people would have ever dreamed of.
