From the very beginning, his communication was outstanding-he provided GPS tracking so I could see exactly where my dog was throughout the entire journey, sent photo updates, and even FaceTime’d, which gave me so much peace of mind. It was incredibly reassuring to be able to follow along and see how happy and well cared for she was. Sean was punctual, professional, and it was obvious how genuinely he cares about the animals he transports. What made this experience truly unforgettable was the drop-off. This dog was a Christmas gift for my kids, and Sean helped turn the delivery into a magical moment for them. He sang a Christmas song and had a soft red bow attached to her collar. He was so thoughtful and kind, and watching my kids’ faces light up is something I’ll never forget. It meant more to our family than he probably realizes. Since I bought the dog sight unseen, Sean was great at giving me his perspective and telling me about her quirks and what he experienced with her. That was super helpful so I could be prepared. Our dog arrived safe, calm, and happy, and I felt completely at ease knowing she was in such loving hands. If you’re looking for someone you can absolutely trust with your pet, and who brings heart, care, and kindness to what they do, Sean is the one. I would recommend him without hesitation.
