Absolute Christmas miracle and godsend. I had to move in a rushed manner and I couldn't locate my other cat and I was fearing for his safety alone every night since. I couldn't leave to go get him due to a condition and so I found this wonderful service that not only located my missing cat by even going as far as asking neighbors if they had seen him but he also even bought his favorite treat to attract him. I was poorly funded and had just but lost hope in ever finding him but this wonderful person and their service gave me hope in humanity and true philanthropy. I don't like to give a 3, especially because the driver, Pablo, was excellent... I'd give him 5 stars... he made it work in a crazy situation and kept me informed and made the delivery great. The 3 stars are for the communication from the dispatchers after booking--1 star for them. I chose this bid because the price was fair and they responded right away and promised if I flew in from out of the country to coordinate this pick up, they would definitely be able to pick up on the days I requested. However, I flew in and then they were not as responsive and picked the car up 2 days after I left. This was very stressful as I had told them the car was sitting in the driveway of the house we just sold, with a dead hybrid battery, and I needed to move it because the new homeowners were moving in. It was so stressful to receive messages saying "Don't worry, we will let you know as soon as a driver is assigned!" Especially when none had been assigned as I was at the airport heading back out of the country. Thankfully, as I said earlier, Pablo handled it perfectly, even though he had to pick it up late at night and he was not informed he needed a winch, which was the first thing I told them when booking... which made me more stressed that it was not going to work before the new people moved in. Fortunately, he was able to get the car started and moving enough to get it on the trailer. He communicated regularly and delivered the car quickly and easily. I'd definitely recommend him!

From the very beginning, his communication was outstanding-he provided GPS tracking so I could see exactly where my dog was throughout the entire journey, sent photo updates, and even FaceTime’d, which gave me so much peace of mind. It was incredibly reassuring to be able to follow along and see how happy and well cared for she was. Sean was punctual, professional, and it was obvious how genuinely he cares about the animals he transports. What made this experience truly unforgettable was the drop-off. This dog was a Christmas gift for my kids, and Sean helped turn the delivery into a magical moment for them. He sang a Christmas song and had a soft red bow attached to her collar. He was so thoughtful and kind, and watching my kids’ faces light up is something I’ll never forget. It meant more to our family than he probably realizes. Since I bought the dog sight unseen, Sean was great at giving me his perspective and telling me about her quirks and what he experienced with her. That was super helpful so I could be prepared. I’m proud to be one of the first to give Harvey a five-star Google review. Honestly, clicking five stars doesn’t fully capture what a great experience I had with him. By the time everything was done, I felt like we were old friends. We spoke four or five times before he went to pick up the puppy, and he stayed in touch all day while bringing the puppy to me. Harvey is a gentle, kind man and a true dog lover. I trust him completely with my dog. I’d even trust him with my seven grandchildren (although after transporting them, he’d probably want to jump off a bridge!).
