Ease of Mind Transportation was a lifesaver. After another company ghosted us on the day our dogs were flying out, Robbie stepped in and went above and beyond to make everything right. He moved quickly, stayed calm under pressure, and treated our pups like his own. Robbie kept us updated throughout the trip with timely messages and photos, so we always knew our dogs were safe and comfortable. He handled every detail with professionalism and genuine care. We couldn't be more grateful for Robbie and Ease of Mind Transportation - highly recommend them to anyone who wants dependable, compassionate pet transport!

Robbie was truly amazing! He was so sweet with our precious little girl puppy. He sent me several messages and even a couple videos of our little puppy to reassure us the transport was going well. It was a pleasure working with Robbie. We were a little nervous to get this process going of getting Luna from one state to the other. She is not a big fan of car rides and we knew this process was going to be not only hard for her but for us too. However, Robbie made this process very easy for all of us. Robbie sent videos and pictures of Luna always looking happy and calm which gave us a sense of relief. He updated us throughout the trip and we had a google maps location going. I would recommend Robbie to anyone that needs to get a pet transported. He made a process that we thought was going to be so stressful so easy and smooth.

We recently hired Robbie to transport our Great Pyrenees from TX to upstate NY. Robbie was communicative in the planning process, prompt in picking up, and had everything ready for a comfortable trip including some nutritional treat in case our dog became too anxious to eat. He share his location throughout the trip, as well as photos at each stop and each morning. He gave our dog lots of love and snuggles, delivered early (with our approval). We are thankful a smooth trip and the loving care he provided during the transition.

Robbie was very communicative during the entire process. He made our dog’s transportation very easy and stress free.

I want to start by saying “Wow!” Robbie drove from California to Tampa Florida with my new precious Mocha and I’m amazed. He treated her so well. He provided regular updates with photos and videos. Mocha was happy and playful in all the updates he provided. Towards the end of such a long journey Robbie even rearranged his schedule to deliver Mocha earlier than anticipated. I was so appreciative of this change as I was anxious to have my baby with me. I truly appreciate that and everything you did for my precious Mocha. Thank you Robbie! Robbie was attentive, walked, fed, and played with Mocha throughout the long journey. I recommend him to anyone needing this service.

Moving with five dogs from Texas to Washington is a massive undertaking, but Robbie made it feel easy. He transported our entire crew—a German Shepherd, Goldendoodle, Sheltie, and two Miniature Schnauzers—with incredible care and professionalism. Robbie went out of his way to accommodate our special requests and was always available to answer questions. The communication was outstanding; he sent regular text updates with photos showing the dogs eating, drinking, and enjoying 'potty stops' or 'taking a walk.' Being able to track his GPS location for the entire journey gave us total peace of mind. He is lightning-fast to respond to both texts and phone calls and truly went above and beyond in every way imaginable. Bottom line, if you are on here getting bids from different providers and Robbie submitted a bid to you.... DO IT!!! He will put you at ease and take care of your babies like they are his own.
