Let me start off by saying I’m more than satisfied. My services with Ease of Mind Transport I truly can say it was the best experience. It took me months on CitizenShipper trying to find someone that I would trust enough to transport my babygirl from Brooklyn NY to Houston. When I tell you I’m more than grateful and more than happy I trusted my gut and decided to go with Robbie because his communication from the beginning gave me the comfort and the trust that the transport was going to be safe, secure and also being considerate of my needs for my baby girl. Communication was kept the entire way from pick up to drop off , he sent me pictures of my babygirl during the entire ride and during rest stops ensuring me she . It couldn’t have gone anymore perfect truly esp with the anxiety I had about transporting her . She can’t fly because of her breed so her transport had to be ground . I highly recommend using Robbie if you want someone trustworthy, pet lover, good communication and very kind . He made the trip from Brooklyn to NY in just about 48 hours which made things much easier to manage. Booking was smooth and quick and within the same week I booked, the same weekend my babygirl was picked up and dropped off to me . Will give 10000 stars if I could ! Robbie was absolutely wonderful to work with moving two mini pigs. He kept us both updated leading up to the trip and the entire day. They arrived quickly and were not stressed during the trip. Thank you for taking such good care of Hammy and Beans.

He moved quickly, stayed calm under pressure, and treated our pups like his own. Robbie was truly amazing! He was so sweet with our precious little girl puppy. He sent me several messages and even a couple videos of our little puppy to reassure us the transport was going well. It was a pleasure working with Robbie. We were a little nervous to get this process going of getting Luna from one state to the other. She is not a big fan of car rides and we knew this process was going to be not only hard for her but for us too. However, Robbie made this process very easy for all of us. Robbie sent videos and pictures of Luna always looking happy and calm which gave us a sense of relief. He updated us throughout the trip and we had a google maps location going. I would recommend Robbie to anyone that needs to get a pet transported. He made a process that we thought was going to be so stressful so easy and smooth.

We recently hired Robbie to transport our Great Pyrenees from TX to upstate NY. Robbie was communicative in the planning process, prompt in picking up, and had everything ready for a comfortable trip including some nutritional treat in case our dog became too anxious to eat. He share his location throughout the trip, as well as photos at each stop and each morning. He gave our dog lots of love and snuggles, delivered early (with our approval). We are thankful a smooth trip and the loving care he provided during the transition.

I want to start by saying “Wow!” Robbie drove from California to Tampa Florida with my new precious Mocha and I’m amazed. He treated her so well. He provided regular updates with photos and videos. Mocha was happy and playful in all the updates he provided. Towards the end of such a long journey Robbie even rearranged his schedule to deliver Mocha earlier than anticipated. I was so appreciative of this change as I was anxious to have my baby with me. I truly appreciate that and everything you did for my precious Mocha. Thank you Robbie! Robbie was attentive, walked, fed, and played with Mocha throughout the long journey. I recommend him to anyone needing this service.
