Leann is amazing! She ensured our pup was comfortable and taken care of the whole drive. We received pictures throughout the trip, Life360 location on demand, and regular communication. Minnie loved her chicken nuggets and pup cups and we loved the professional and seamless experience.

Leann kept me updated during the trip and treated my dog very nicely. The delivery was also done in a great time span. She took him to parks a couple times during the trip, which I know some companies don’t do, so that was a plus. I was worried my dog was going to be scared but he seemed to enjoy the trip, as if he went on a mini vacation. I’m sure my dog would rate Leann a 5 as well if he could.

I was initially apprehensive about using CitizenShipper for our dog Reagan’s cross-country ride (which is how I found Leann and her service), as it was my first time using the service. However, after receiving multiple bids, my mind was put at ease when we matched with Leann from Bubba's Traveling Pet Companion. I’m someone who meticulously reads reviews before making any decision, and all of Leann’s reviews were absolutely stellar. Leann was incredibly easy to communicate with and patiently answered all of my questions before I proceeded with the booking. Her responsiveness and transparency really put my mind at ease. Our dog Reagan, a 10-year-old black lab, needed to be transported from the East Coast. Given her age and a bit of arthritis, we were particularly concerned about her comfort and care during the journey. We didn’t want her to be crated, and she needed a little extra attention. Leann provided exactly that—truly a VIP service. Reagan traveled comfortably without a crate, and Leann gave her lots of love and care throughout the trip. She shared her location and sent several pictures along the way, which was very reassuring. It was clear that Leann genuinely cares about her pet passengers. When she reached the destination, we could tell that Reagan had formed a special bond with her and seemed quite sad to see her go. We are immensely thankful to Leann for safely bringing Reagan home to us. My husband, a Marine, was unable to house her for the past few years, so it was heartwarming to finally see him reunited with Reagan. Leann made this possible, and we are forever grateful.
