He was very attentive. Shared his location with me, sent multiple photos and messages about how my dog was doing along the way, and was very sweet to my dog as well.

Eric and family are awesome! He is honest, responsive and took great care of my sister’s dog. He boarded her for over a week since my sister couldn’t keep her and his trip wasn’t until later. His wife bonded with her and his kids enjoyed her too. When he dropped her off she didn’t seem stressed even though she went from Florida to Colorado. Thank you! Highly recommend.

I would highly recommend Eric for any pet transport needs. I was very nervous about entrusting a stranger pick up my new puppy and deliver her to me. Eric went above and beyond to make us as comfortable as possible. Very professional and took great care of our new family member. Regular updates and the pictures were awesome. My pup was delivered safely and exactly when he said she would be. 5 stars for me and I will definitely be calling Eric back. Thank You A&E!!

I cannot recommend Eric and his family enough. From start to finish, they were incredibly professional, kind, and communicative. They kept me updated throughout the entire trip with frequent messages and photos, which meant more to me than I can put into words. This was such a hard decision for me—trusting someone to transport my two cats to live with my parents—and they made the entire process feel safe, easy, and reassuring. Knowing they were in good hands gave me so much peace of mind. If you’re looking for someone who truly cares about the animals transports and treats them like his own, Eric and his family were amazingly. I’m beyond grateful.

I have to tell you my experience. Right from the get-go they were honest on time and said what they were gonna do. I had to unfortunately give up my two cats and I found a loving home for them in Virginia. I’ve had these cats for seven years because of unfortunate events in my life, I had to send them off. When Eric arrived to pick up the cats, he was so lovely and caring. It was exactly what I needed. I’m so super grateful for that moment because it was a beautiful memory for me to remember the entire trip. He text me with photos and let me know how they were doing. He would rest his hand in the cage and pet them as they sniffed his hand. It was worth a lot more than what I paid not only did they arrive exactly at the time that he said he kept updating me at one time it was between 630 and seven and then a couple hours before he said it will be at seven and it was exactly at 7 PM. If you’re reading this know this…if you love your animal. They are the right choice to transport your babies. Matthew Lang 💕

Eric and his wonderful family have super good vibes. He took a camper van and trailer from Washington to Colorado for me, communicating with pictures and text updates periodically. It all went very smoothly, and I would hire him again without a doubt. My friend receiving the van/trailer had the following to say: Eric is a consummate professional. He took extreme care of transporting my van and trailer cross country and I particularly appreciated his updates throughout the journey and accurate ETA for delivery at the final destination. They took great care of Spot who got lots of love and attention as he traveled cross country. They was very responsive to messages and sent updates and photos along the way. It was clear Spot really liked them and was in good hands. Would highly recommend them.
