This was my first time having anything hauled and CMA made it a great experience. Very glad I did not use a broker and was able to work and talk directly with the driver. I was able to review and discuss very specific details/concerns around the shipment ahead of time. I was provided insurance details, driver license and direct phone number of the driver. I was kept updated on progress multiple times, with multiple photos/videos as the shipment was checked for shifting. Was a dedicated haul, with no loading/unloading of the equipment which was important due to the specialized nature of the equipment. Delivered on time with no damage. Thank you so much for taking care of my equipment.

Meticulous, professional, punctual and factual, would well summarize my experience with Arthur. Let me break it down... 1. Arthur (and his son), are not brokers, but the actual individuals that would be handling and transporting your prized possessions. This aspect was absolutely crucial to me. 2. This direct connection put my mind immensely at ease, as I was able to vocalize my concerns and stipulations directly with Arthur and not to a middle-man broker. This would not have remotely been the case at all with the traditional broker route. 3. Arthur was an absolute pleasure to communicate with and was articulate and professional and took exceptional care with handling my cherished motorcycle's migration of over 1000 miles Westward. 4. In conclusion, there are very few people that I would trust in moving a highly valued item of mine. Whether it be a rare piece of furniture or painting, or a special motorcycle or two, Arthur is someone I can strongly recommend with absolutely zero hesitation. He and his son are without question, the right choice for the job.

We had an excellent experience with CMA, which delivered 6 boxes of important paintings, ranging from mid-sized to large, from Portland, Oregon, to Peoria, Arizona. Communication was excellent; the packages were picked up and delivered within the committed time frames, and, most importantly, they arrived in perfect condition. I would highly recommend CMA for transportation of whatever it is you need taken from point A to point B.
