Rest experience ! Trevor planned the trip and sent me an itinerary in advance. There was no crate and he rode in his car with his dog Nova. Arthur and Rebecca are amazing, I would trust them with any of my pets! They picked up our rescued street dog from the border of Mexico and Texas, and brought him to Michigan while we were getting the most terrible weather! They stopped and rested themselves and Canelo appropriately, they treated him like he was their own, they stayed in contact with us the entire time…when I need transportation again I will contact Arthur for sure, he and Rebecca are the best. If you’re looking for someone who will be all about your dog and provides lots of communication Emi is your gal! She has a simple van set up that has all the things one would need for a trip across the country. What I appreciated the most was her frequent check ins and thorough updates. I really wanted someone who loves and knows how to care for dogs and Emi was just that. She also was very concerned with safety which was much appreciated. Giving your beloved dog to a stranger is hard, but once I saw how communicative Emi was I felt at ease. She came ahead of schedule so that was a plus too!! We are now happily reunited with our pup!

This is an example of how not to handle a load. The carrier was very responsive to get the booking. The driver they used damaged the engine. He actually was on camera trying to clean up the mess in his truck from the damage then proceeds to deny he caused it. IDK I guess we were supposed to ignore the freshly flaked paint on the walls and floor that mashed up exactly to the the damage. Regardless the shipper has done nothing to help or file a claim. Few responses with mostly excuses. I went with him because of reviews even though he was one of the highest priced. Perhaps they had better experience but I would not recommend.

It was an average experience. They helped us transport our 10-month German Shepherd puppy from Indiana to Florida. However, communication was poor from the beginning. We struggled to get a definite pickup date and time from the company. Once we finally got that sorted out, we received occasional updates when we asked. I constantly had to text for updates on our dog and the trip, but we never heard anything from the driver unprovoked. The driver, Billy, was very kind, and our dog took to him, which was great. He facilitated the drop-off, which went smoothly. It wasn’t a bad experience, but it was also a bit stressful from the start. I wish communication had been better. There was no GPS on the driver or the trip, so I felt like I was constantly wondering and guessing how things were going. Overall, just an average experience. We are transporting another dog next week and will be using a different company.

He transported my Potcake puppy, Nigel, from CT to CO and provided a GPS link so that I could follow his route online. He also provided photos of Nigel along the way. Bill’s minivan is set up with dog beds and blankets in the rear so Nigel was able to travel comfortably without being crated. Nigel also was Bill’s only passenger and he clearly enjoyed his chauffeured ride.

I had to move 2 of my fur babies due to a relocation for work and after my experience with Walk 'N Roll Wagon, I would use them again and highly recommend booking them for any pet transport needs. Pickup was right on time, and Chris, the driver was extremely knowledgeable about dogs—especially large breeds, which was important since my dog is over 100 pounds. The service was 1-on-1, which was very important to us as this prevented a stressful journey for our dog.
