I want thank Regina at LuckyMajic Pets Transport! She was/is my saving grace with transporting my brothers dog from Northern CA all the way to Richmond VA in 6 days. My brother unexpectedly passed away on 11/27 and as you can imagine it was extremely difficult planning a funeral and figuring out how to get his dog(Jada) across the country. I am so grateful for Regina and her beautiful personality. She was so understanding, communicative, compassionate and empathetic. Most accurate description would be "blessing disguised as a last resort". I flew to NY from TX to purchase a puppy and all my options for returning home fell through. Literally was a last resort as I couldn't get him home myself. Home sweet home definitely came through for us and brought our new member home to us with updates from both the driver and the owner of the company. This really gave assurance that my dog was cared for and his deliverance was orchestrated nicely. Definitely recommend them for any transport needs and will keep them in mind for future business!!

I recently used this vehicle transportation service, and overall, I was pleased with the experience. The vehicles arrived safe and sound, and the driver was friendly and professional, which I really appreciated. However, I do have a recommendation for improvement: communication. While Jason did respond to my inquiries, there wasn’t a solid date or time for pickup until the day of, which happened to be very close to the final deadline for pickup. This caused a bit of stress and uncertainty during the process. That said, the service ultimately delivered on its promise, and I’m glad my vehicles were transported without issue. With some improvements in communication, this could easily be a five-star experience

Dee and Gail were absolutely wonderful in the way they cared for our Schnauzers, and safely transported them from Austin, Texas to Lubbock, Texas. They rode in comfort, and were so good about letting us know when they would take stops for potty breaks. They were right on time, and made sure we knew where they were. They responded quickly to text messages. When they arrived, I felt like I had known them forever!! They really have a heart for making their customers feel safe and secure. Sharon & Jay Stanley transported my 3 year old, female Rottweiler, from Cordova, MD to Phoenix, AZ. I liked them immediately! Sharon was very attentive to my dog’s meds and feeding instructions. Sharon and Jay took videos and photos along the way, and were very careful to find places for my dog to relieve herself that were away from truck stops. Several times they let my dog chase her favorite ball off- leash in empty dog parks. I was completely pleased with my choice of transporters! Saint Norberto! Norberto just delivered my 17 foot Edgewater Boat on trailer from Florida to Long Beach California safe and on time. I can't say enough positive things about Norberto. He went over and beyond. He kept me posted along the trip. He knows boats and is very knowledgeable. Their was some issues with my trailer because of its age and he was able to fix them on the fly. He carries tools and is willing to fix things if need be. When I chose Norberto for the job he was a little bit more than some other bids. But was well worth it. It's nice dealing directly with the person who is doing the shipping, lots of the other bids were from third party logistics (not the most reliable). Matt and Jorge were heaven sent. We could not believe how quickly they won the heart of our 32 pound girl… she’s a pandemic dog with awful separation anxiety… yet after ten minutes with them she jumped into the van and a few hours later took a nap on Matt’s tummy. These guys love dogs. They love their work. We need more of these men in the world. It’s so hard to trust people with animals that cannot talk. Jeffrey transported a 70 lb German Shepherd from Fairburn OH to me in GA. He was absolutely amazing throughout the entire process. He sent me updates very often, gave her potty breaks, unlimited water access, and came straight to me. I could even track him with iphone GPS.
