Lorigene took great care of our animals (cat and dog) on their journey from NY to TX!! We received many updates and photos and it’s obvious she’s an animal lover. We would definitely hire her again.

Wonderful experience, excellent communication throughout - would highly recommend Lorigene for all your pet transport needs. She picked up our 35lb dog in Vermont and drove her to Texas. She clearly cares about animals and took wonderful care of Cash (she even got a pup cup from DQ!) Thank you!

5 Stars – Wonderful and Caring Puppy Transporter! Lori brought my sweet puppy Snoopy safely from Texas to New York, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. From the beginning, she was professional, communicative, and flexible. She made sure all the details were clear, kept me updated throughout the trip with messages and adorable photos, and was incredibly understanding even when we had a small miscommunication about payment. What really stood out was how gentle and kind she was with Snoopy. He arrived calm, healthy, and clearly well taken care of—exactly what every new pet parent hopes for. I truly appreciated her transparency, patience, and great energy. She even took the time to update me on her ETA regularly, which helped ease my nerves. Lorigene went above and beyond our expectations! We cannot thank her enough for safely delivering our puppies to us from PA to TX in such a quick turnaround. She was kind and considerate when it came to coordinating the pickup with our breeder. Lorigene made our entire experience less stressful, and her updates with pictures were enough to know that our new family members were taken good care of. If you are looking for an honest and very reasonably priced transporter for your beloved animals, then look no further. Couldn’t have been better!

I am among the many who don’t usually leave reviews for services, but Lori deserves 5+ stars. We had an incredible experience with Lori who transported our beloved dog. Her vehicle was clean and welcoming, and communication was clear from start to finish. She went above a beyond, making sure our pup had time to stretch his legs during the long journey, and kept us regularly updated with photos and videos. We would wholeheartedly recommend Lori to anyone who needs a pet transport.

She made what could have been a stressful process as easy as it could’ve possibly been. she was friendly and has genuine care for the animals she’s transporting and went above and beyond to keep in communication and update us. 10/10 if I ever need another job like this, she will be who I contact 100%

It was an absolute pleasure to entrust my baby’s safe travel from New York to Texas. It’s a scary thing trusting a complete stranger to be understanding, kind and loving to something that is your own responsibility but for whatever reason the service is needed. She took away that stranger aspect and made it feel as though I had known her and could trust her and I did and glad of it. He arrived safely , clean and wasn’t riddled with anxious jitters from traveling but happiness when we were reunited . Thanks so much for assisting me and working with my scheduling .
