Lorigene was fantastic. She transported our 5 year old cat from Virginia to Texas. This is our first time transporting one of our 4 legged babies and we were so nervous. Lorigene was reassuring and made it easy. She kept us up to date and sent us photos along the way. It was a smooth trip and we are so thankful. We hope we never have to do this again, but if we do, we will most definitely call Lorigene.

From the beginning, she was professional, communicative, and flexible. She made sure all the details were clear, kept me updated throughout the trip with messages and adorable photos, and was incredibly understanding even when we had a small miscommunication about payment. What really stood out was how gentle and kind she was with Snoopy. He arrived calm, healthy, and clearly well taken care of—exactly what every new pet parent hopes for. Lorigene went above and beyond our expectations! We cannot thank her enough for safely delivering our puppies to us from PA to TX in such a quick turnaround. She was kind and considerate when it came to coordinating the pickup with our breeder.
