RD was fantastic! He really helped me out in a pinch by being available on short notice and showed up exactly when he said he would be here. I've used other transporters before who gave me a several hour window and then showed up like 8 hours later than originally planned, messing up my whole schedule. This was not the case with this company. He was very communicative and prompt. He took good care of my pup and got her safely to her destination with zero issues. I can not recommend him enough. He was very patient and understanding. Choose this provider! You will be glad you did!

Melisa was phenomenal! She drove our Golden Retriever round trip from Houston to Colorado - in the snow and over a mountain pass, and got our Bella there and back in a safe a timely manner. Her car is very well equipped, and she sent regular pictures and videos to keep us aware of her progress and let us know when she would arrive. I have never used this type of service and I was VERY nervous, but Melisa exceeded our expectations and made me feel comfortable instantly. I highly recommend her, and I will use her again without hesitation. She plans all her routes and knows where to stop for doggy breaks, and sends videos when she does. Honestly, she far surpassed what I was expecting. She was reliable, friendly, efficient, compassionate and communicative. If you are having doubts about having your pet transported look no further. I guarantee you will be very pleased with her services.

I was initially hesitant about transporting my pet via Petway, but Miguel’s communication leading up to and during the trip was great. He answered pretty much every question and sent me pictures during Betty’s travel. The only question that remained unanswered was if he stays at hotels to sleep along the way and leaves the pets in the van or he brings them along. I know he does most of his travel by night while they sleep. I would definitely use him again for future travels.

Jenn was wonderful! She took incredibly care of our pup Sydney. Sydney arrived from Australia into Texas and needed to be transported by car to Massachusetts. Jenn agreed to pick up Sydney from customs and bring her to us. Due to an unprecedented storm, Jenn and Sydney were stuck in Texas for three days. During that time, Jenn took wonderful care of Sydney - gave her a bath, lots of walks, cuddles, and play. Then when they were finally able to leave for their journey, Jenn kept in touch every step of the way with photos and updates. She was great and really took such good care of her. I would absolutely recommend Jenn to look after your fur baby.

After receiving multiple quotes and reading reviews we decided to go with James for his reasonable price and review history. After booking, he quickly gave us a phone call to introduce himself and explain the process. He provided us with an itinerary and allowed us to track him with life 360, still providing texts and picture updates a long the way. A winter storm came through our area last minute and he was able to get our puppy out to us a day early so he wouldn’t be delayed from the storm which we really appreciated. He communicated with the breeder on his own to make sure she was aware of pick up time and changes due to the storm. All in all it was a great experience and I would highly recommend James!

To be honest, I did not have a good experience with Critter Caboodles. My dog ( puppy) had a terrible experience. We have had her now for 9 months and we are still working on her skittishness and fear ( we believe from the traumatic 5 day drive). She left West Virginia on a Sunday and it took 4 full days plus 4 hours to get her to us (and it was actually a 29 hour drive..and there were 2 drivers). When I would ask where they were, they didn’t share their location. They kept saying they were in traffic—no matter what state they were in. My dog looked scared when she would send pictures (cowered in the crate). When they finally got to our house at 10 pm at night..the dog ran to me and got between my legs and shook. She wouldn’t even walk. I carried a 45 pound puppy like a scared child because she was terrified. The next day I bathed her because she was FILTHY! The breeder had given her a bath the day before she was transported. I have no idea what happened during those 5 days..but it was not good! Even the breeder hesitated to give the puppy to Critter Caboodles. I wish he hadn’t. I would have gladly flown to get her had I any idea she was going to experience whatever it was that made her so afraid.
