Jeremy picked up our cat yesterday and due to a difficult situation, went above and beyond to assist us in returning her. He also did not try to gouge us with an astronomical rate and for that I am grateful! Transfer went well. Courteous. Informed me when Brownie was picked up and when he was dropped off. Will continue to use Citizen shipper and refer anyone who needs to transport they’re loved one (pet) to Citizen shipper
