Barry did a great job communicating with us and making us feel comfortable with our animals being transported. He was always very kind and sweet to them, even with our cat that meowed almost constantly during the trip. Highly recommend!

Barry is a gem! He not only made Indy feel exceptionally comfortable and was willing to give him time to warm up to him, but he also understood my own anxiety. Working with him was a breeze and I cannot stress how wonderful this human being is. Your Pets are in great hands!

From when he walked up to us and met our pups to the delivery end. Barry was amazing. He knew how to handle German shepherds. Not many people know how to. To see my oldest just go lay down next to him and my youngest just play i felt and knew they where in good hands. He documented the trip with updates and videos it was great. I highly recommend this dog whisperer to anyone needing shipping service.

This was my first experience and I have to tell you it was fantastic Barry is the most kind and loving human to Hardy! Barry let me know where they were and how my baby was during the whole trip after I met Barry I was at ease. Hardy was unwanted and unloved left on the side of the road had gotten hit by a car he had 2 broken hips I nursed him back to health and now he finally got his forever home with my friend in Maine thanks to Citizen Shipper and the kind gentle Barry. Hardy and Barry are best of friends after the first day and absolutely loved each other way before delivery thank you so much Citizen Shipper and a very special thank you to Barry for taking such good care of Hardy and letting him know that not all humans are bad. This sweet beautiful baby boy has a home and toys and love for the rest of his life. Thank you Citizen Shipper, BARRY, his friend Meazie, my friend Tim a disabled Veteran. Barry was great! He delivered our new rescue puppy. Barry kept us up to date on everything with our new puppy, from potty habits, traits he was seeing, etc. all along to trip which included having to overnight. Although our puppy was excited to meet us, he wanted to get back in the car with Barry and go with him! I'd say Barry took great care of him. Highly recommend Barry
