For air travel, our Flight Nanny services ensure your pet travels safely and comfortably in a ticketed cabin seat, both domestically and internationally. All airline fees are included in our quotes for full transparency. We know how important updates are, so we stay in touch throughout the journey! Upon request, we’re happy to send pictures, videos, FaceTime check-ins, and updates—just note that while driving, responses may take a little time. Susan is a great transport!!!!!!! Highly recommend!! Great communication and quick to respond! Our family is military and we transported our dog via ground since she was too big for an aircraft. Susan sent us videos and updates every the morning and evening! I was nervous since I’ve never used ground transport before, but very glad I found Susan! Thank you for getting to your destination safely !!
