Susan is really good at communicating and coordinating things to make sure transport goes smoothly and well. She is very professional pleasant reliable and easy to work with. Our pup had a great transport with her and was well cared for ! We will contact Susan in the future for transports .

Susan genuinely made the drive from Seattle to Washington DC a stress free and enjoyable experience for my dog. Several times a day she would send me photos and videos as well as information or observations on how my boy handled the situation. I was moving internally and she went above and beyond, picking up dog food for us so i wouldn't have to fly with it in my limited luggage space. Your pet is in safe, capable and caring hands with Susan. You can relax and trust that she's taking great care of your family as if they are her own.

I will be the first to admit I was very apprehensive about using a pet transport service for my dog, it was a complete unknown. After reading the reviews for Susan I felt comfortable and booked her right away and she did not disappoint! Susan was extremely professional, polite and caring for our dog Mischa and came as promised. We received picture updates every day, potty updates and location updates as they made their way from CA to KY. She even ran out of the food I provided and gave my pup some of her own supply to get her through the last day. Very grateful for Susan and her transportation services, high recommend!!

Wonderful person and Transporter. My dog was sick and she contacted vet and got prescription and gave meds to "Big Boy". Also she sent pictures and comments on happens and locations. Very caring and conscientious person. Excellent !!!

Susan is very attentive and thoughtful. She will love your dog like it’s her own. She is great with communication and updating you along the way. I received daily updates with either pictures or videos. She is very mindful about the dogs safety and our doggo always looked happy and cared for. You can tell she is very experienced and loves her job. We were so nervous having to ship him across the country (first timers) but he arrived happy and healthy which is all you can ask for. Susan is great all around.
