We are USDA registered, family owned and operated! We are John, Katrina & Nick Stewart; based out of Mobile, AL. We enjoy nothing more than combining our love for animals with travel. Who wouldn't love that?! John is a former OTR driver with 29 years of experience hauling everything from livestock, pets, boats, RV’s, car haulers, refrigerated units, trees, boulders, to hazmat. He maintains a CDL for larger transports. Our background includes raising livestock for 4H, horse rescue and canine fostering/rehabilitation. Our home is a full on zoo and we love it! Air Transport: We offer flight nanny services to/from most US airports for pets under 20 lbs. - We provide transport from airport to airport in a comfy, airline approved carrier that is yours to keep. - Our bid is the final price. It includes all associated travel expenses. - Payments: Half is due at booking with the remaining amount due at delivery. We accept cash, Venmo, Apple Pay or Cash App. - Cancellation Policy: We book non-refundable flights immediately upon your acceptance of our bid. Therefore, refund for any cancellation will be the deposit MINUS cost of airfare. Ground Transport: For you, we provide constant updates throughout the trip with videos and updates. We provide location details through Life360 so you know exactly where your pet is along the journey. We’re also always a text or phone call away so you’re welcome to check in as often as you’d like! We stop often for potty breaks, stretches and scratches. Kitties are provided a litter box for the duration of the trip. Your pets safety is our top priority so we do not allow pets to co-mingle with each other unless they're coming from the same place. Our motto is quality of care over quantity, therefore we transport a limited number of pets at a time on our ride share transports. Because of this, our bids may be higher than others that transport more pets at a time. We’ve also been transporting for a long time so by choosing us, you are opting for experience and peace of mind in knowing that your pet is in the best of hands. We understand how stressful it can be for pets and their humans! Especially when choosing which carrier to trust with your baby. You can rest assure that with us, you are getting us as the drive team. Either John and Nick or John and Katrina will be taking care of your pet for the duration of the trip. We do not have other drivers nor do we pass along our jobs to other companies. We are right here each step of the way from inital contact to delivery. Please note the booking fee is a seperate fee from our bid. That is Citizen Shipper's fee to connect us and therefore not within our control. * Citizen Shipper only collects their booking fee at the time of booking. They do not collect the transporters fee. We accept Venmo, Cash App, Apple Pay or cash. We require a 20% deposit due upon booking with the remaining balance due at delivery for ground transports. Please let us know, prior to accepting our bid, if your baby requires a size XL or larger kennel. We typically transport in a size large but can accommodate larger sizes if we know in advance. * Please confirm dates with us BEFORE booking. J&K Transports truly provided exceptional service! Katrina provided detailed communication along with instruction even before the journey had begun. Katrina provided pictures and video of our beautiful puppy and made sure she was comfortable and well taken care of throughout the long journey. We were so nervous about shipping our three fur babies across the country from Florida to Denver but Katrina and her husband were AMAZING!!! They kept us updated the entire trip using Life360 and sent videos of the pups at every rest stop. They also readjusted our English bulldogs position so he could get as much AC as possible. No small detail was overlooked. When our one dog kept eyeing Dairy Queen at one of the rest stops they got all three of our dogs their own pup cups. HIGHLY HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

We are very appreciative of J& K transport’s professionalism and the gentle care with which they transported our Mainecoon Cats. They sent us regular and frequent video updates and the cats were fed, given water and had access to a litter box. I appreciated their trust and pleasant demeanor. Ms. Katrina talked to our kitties in a very warm and friendly voice and we could tell that both team members loved animals. I was relieved after sending my cats across the country with them after meeting them knowing that my cats would be safe and sound. I could sense the J&K’s positive energy. Our Cats are very sensitive to people’s energy and they were very calm. They waited for us to arrive as our flight was delayed and that was very sweet of them.
