My first shipping experience through CitizenShipper was very good. Rachel of RAE Animal Transport did an excellent job moving the recently weaned chinchilla. She offered pics and updates for location and approximate time of arrival throughout the journey. The cage was properly secured with a seat belt for the journey. Critter came through great.
