Rachel was a perfect transporter, from our first phone visit, to the time she arrived to our home with our new puppy. Unfortunately the flight in which our puppy arrived to Dallas was late, so her journey from Dallas to our state was delayed for more than two hours. Rachel kept us apprised every step of the way. Jeni was my driver and overall did a great job! Rachael set up a Life360 tracker so I could check in on their progress, and Jeni sent photo and video updates of my pup throughout the ride. They both responded to messages quickly and Jeni was very caring towards my pet. I would definitely use their service again :)

Rachel is a germ; she went above and beyond that our two dogs will make it safe from Dallas to Clovis. After a long flight from overseas, she ensured our two dogs are comfortable, and kept us updated. When we greeted our two dogs at the destination, they came relaxed and happy to us. Whenever we need a pet taxi, we will book her again; I highly recommend RAE Animal transport.

Rachel was totally awesome with the two cockatiels rescued from animal control. She went above and beyond to make sure they were pulled and brought directly to me keeping them from winding up separated or in a breeding facilty. I am so happy and so are the birds..Henry and Baby Bird. They rode all the way here alongside Rachel in the front seat in their travel cage and treated as cherished pets and companions. I am thrilled with Rachel and RAE Animal Transport. I am in rescue and will be referring RAE Animal Transport to my network as a trustworthy, animal-loving, gentle and respectful means of getting our animals safely to their new homes.

It was lovely meeting Erica from RAE Animal Transports. She picked up our dog and cat with their heavy duty skykennels from IAG Cargo in Austin to our Location 4 hours away. The pets came from a long haul overseas flight and were treated with care. She drove them late at night and was so patient with them and us. Will always reconsider using RAE if I need transportation for my furry sons. Thanks to Rachel for the swift replies, even communicating from overseas. She coordinated everything Erica and I would need. Erica did a great job at the Airport working and collaborating with the Air General and our Customs Broker. She did great communicating and completing paperwork and customs handling fees for me while I was absent. Thank you so much. The pets are doing great they are well rested and spending their time in front of the window watching squirrels. ♥️

We COULD NOT BE HAPPIER! The communication with excellent throughout the trip, she sent pictures, let us know when they were taking rest breaks. So glad to have used RAE, it was a wonderful experience and we will definitely use again if needed.
