Hi, I’m Rachel, an Army veteran and the owner of RAE Animal Transport. I started this business because I believe pets deserve to be treated like family, not freight. Whether it’s a short trip or a long journey, I’m here to make sure your pet travels with the same love and attention I give my own. 🐾❤️🚐 I focus on keeping travel stress low by planning efficient routes, limiting stops, and giving each pet personal attention throughout the trip. I offer VIP private transports as well as small shared rides (never overcrowded). Your pet will travel in a clean, climate-controlled vehicle with disinfected crates, fresh bedding, and plenty of comfort breaks. Puppies always have fresh pads, and feeding schedules, medications, and special needs are followed exactly as instructed. You’ll receive regular photo and location updates every few hours, so you always know how your pet is doing. I’ve transported dogs, cats, and other small animals, and I adjust care based on each pet’s personality and needs. I’m fully certified and insured, with 3+ years of cross-country driving experience in all weather conditions. As a veteran, I bring reliability, discipline, and care to every transport. Payment is simple and transparent: No payment upfront. 50% at pickup and 50% upon safe delivery. Payments accepted via Zelle, Venmo, PayPal, Apple Cash, Cash App, or cash. 📌 Note: If booking through CitizenShipper, their platform fee is separate and does not go to RAE Animal Transport. Absolutely amazing! Rachel’s communication was incredible, we loved her videos along the way. Rachel picked up our Australian Border Collie from DFW international airport, dealt personally with custom brokers, completed documentation forms, she really made a difficult process very easy. After 10 hrs of driving she managed to deliver one very happy dog! We would highly recommend her🙌
