Erica was absolutely wonderful! Due to unexpected travel issues, I wasn't able to return to the U.S. to pick up my puppy myself. Erica took care of everything—from picking her up at DFW Korean Air Cargo, handling the customs clearance process, to safely delivering her to my friend's home. She kept me updated throughout the entire process, sent me photos, and made sure my puppy was well cared for after her long international flight. Her professionalism, kindness, and communication gave me so much peace of mind during a very stressful time. I truly appreciate everything she did and would highly recommend her to anyone who needs a reliable and caring pet transporter!

Absolutely Outstanding Pet Transport Service! Wow, wow, wow! I cannot recommend this transporter highly enough. She transported my two dogs, Leila and Krypto, and the level of care, professionalism, and compassion she showed throughout the entire journey was truly exceptional. After already enduring a grueling 49-hour international journey by air, my dogs were understandably tired, stressed, and traumatized. She completely understood their condition and went above and beyond to ensure they felt safe, comfortable, and calm. Not only did she pick them up directly from the CDC, but she then completed a journey of more than 25 hours with them and arrived exactly as promised, right on time. Throughout the entire trip, she kept me updated with regular messages and photos, which gave me tremendous peace of mind. She cared for Leila and Krypto as if they were her own dogs. They were kept clean, well-fed, well-hydrated, and, most importantly, loved and comforted during a very stressful time. Her dedication, patience, and kindness were evident in every interaction. Entrusting someone with your pets is a huge decision, and I can honestly say I could not have asked for a better person to care for my dogs. If you're looking for a transporter who is reliable, compassionate, communicative, and genuinely loves animals, look no further. Thank you for taking such incredible care of Leila and Krypto. Rachel responded quickly and was very patient with all my questions during booking. The day of the transport for our Aussie pup she was on time, kept me in the loop with updates/pictures/videos, and was very kind. I would definitely use her again for any animal transport needs! 😊
