On The Go Rescue

As a first time ever thinking of sending my dog with a stranger I was extremely impressed with the care On the Go provided for my Tucker. Matt took exceptionally good care of him and his communication throughout the trip was very comforting for me. I would not hesitate to use their services again.

Hi, Just a quick note to say that Matt and his Nephew were amazing! I needed to bring a friend’s dog from Fl to PA on short notice right before the Fourth of July. He was quick, efficient, kind, and wonderful to Boo Boo. Kept me updated along the way with pics and videos and they Arrived safe and happy! Will be using their service again and again! Matthew was fantastic. I was hesitant because it was such a last minute booking and we have not used this before, but Matthew was great. His communication was strong and his timing was very reliable. He treated our dog with such compassion and seemed very knowledgeable about dogs. I would not hesitate to book again. Reliable, communicative, timely and caring.

Matt was absolutely incredible. He was able to accommodate me on short notice and didn’t hesitate to drive all the way out to the middle of nowhere in Vermont to pick up my dog. You can immediately tell how much he genuinely loves animals — it shows in the way he talks to them and handles them with so much care. My dog warmed up to him instantly. On top of that, Matt is a great conversationalist and a genuinely kind human being. I usually have a lot of doubts and worries when it comes to transporting my dogs, which is quite understandable, but he completely erased them. He kept me updated throughout the trip and made the entire process smooth and stress-free. For both, the dog and me. I’m really grateful I found him and wouldn’t hesitate to book with him again.

Matt delivered my dog Zoey in record time sending me videos along the way. He was very good with the dog and made her happy. I would highly recommend him.

From day one everything has gone exactly as Matt said it would. We had to move my aunt‘s cat from New York City to Florida pretty quickly. He got to New York and was in Florida 26 hours later — amazing —exactly when he said he would be there. His communication was Immediate and ongoing and always kept us apprised of where he was. He also showed he cared about our cat and really does care about the animals. He goes out of his way with extra special attention. Excellent experience for us thanks to Matt.

Matthew is terrific! Kind and great with my six month old lab. He even sent pictures and videos during the long drive. I would recommend Matt highly, to ship anyone’s pet! I will never use anyone again but Matthew.
