I'm not Gonna lie when i tell you i was extremely nervous shipping my 2 year old Siberian husky across the united states. But when i booked DJ i had a great feeling especially since he's a USMC veteran, I'm un the USMC currently. DJ made this experience as good as i could've imagined, he prioritized safety over everything, especially with the crazy weather conditions he had to drive through, and communicated perfectly throughout the whole process. I was so nervous and anxious about sending my 12week old berner to Alanta from New Jersey. Despite reading the reviews, which were all positive I still couldn't shake the fear that something could go wrong. Abdullah and Omar were such a wonderful pair, they tried to best to calm me down and reassure me that my puppy was going to be okay. They sent me picture and video updates and delivered my baby safely to Atlanta earlier than I had thought. They were very accommodating and just the best people I could have wanted to take care of my puppy. This was my first time ever transporting my two cats and to say I was nervous is an understatement. Patrick and Nelly were amazing and made me feel completely at ease about my decision. I was extremely satisfied with the service we received. My son has MS that has progressed quickly and he isn't able to care for his Great Pryenees right now. This meant that his beloved Gus needed to travel from California to Georgia to stay with me for a while. Gus is a very special dog that is deeply loved so this was a big event for us. Gus was happy and smiling in all the pics and videos we received. Upon arrival the driver was smiling and happy with praise for our Gus. Gus struggles with separation anxiety and the driver acknowledged his difficulties and took Gus with him if he had to leave the van. I highly recommend and will definitely use them again when it's time for Gus to make the move back home to California. If I could give ten stars I would!

We entrusted this man with three healthy, active dogs, and got back one nervous wreck and two starved and sick dogs who are being treated by an emergency vet the last two days and continuing. One is having seizures and is hardly responsive. The other is hardly moving and having labored breathing and won't eat. Chris took our three dogs in Vancouver, WA January 10. He said he would keep our dogs on his property for a day because he had one other dog to deliver in Colorado, and the rest of the trip would be just our three dogs. His pitch was that his vehicle had "5 active climate controlled zones with potty breaks every 4 hours. Every 8 hours is a meal break, and on long hauls, the driver stops every 10 to 12 hours, and they rest for 8 hours of downtime to keep them fresh and alert... We also provide real-time gps tracking to you so that you can check us on our route and see where your furry friend is." We had very little communication from Chris during transit. He checked in via text once, early on, with a few photos of only two of our dogs and no further details. There was no GPS tracking. He would not tell us where he was, and his pictures came with metadata removed. As the day of delivery approached, I reached out to Chris via text and was assured "everything is going well." He gave an ETA of 3-4 pm the morning of. He didn't pull up into our driveway until past 4:30 pm. When they arrived, our dogs were extremely dehydrated, wet, and shivering. Chris asked if one of my dogs was blind, a RIDICULOUS question, and claimed that she tripped during a walk and scraped her leg. This dog, that I had to lift and carry to our home because she was hardly able to stand up, weighed 40 pounds when we entrusted her to Chris. She was weighed at the vet as 29 pounds just 9 days later. All three of our dogs were wet, stressed, and disheveled. It is clear to me now that they were hosed off in the freezing weather just before Chris delivered them to us, to disguise the filth they'd been living in for the last week. The "scrape" Chris talked about was urine burns. She had lost all fur on her belly, and had sores all over her stomach and feet. Chris couldn't leave quickly enough. My wife had to chase him down to give him a tip. I was inside, taking care of our shivering, wet dog. At the time, we had no idea how bad the situation was. We failed to see how seriously sick our dogs were, possibly due to shock. He and his accomplice accepted the money from my wife, no apologies or explanations offered. Looking over the recent reviews left the past few days, it is evident that Chris took a long detour down to California and across Texas to pick up more rides and earn more money, hence hiding his whereabouts and having no time to properly care for our dogs. There was a cat in the van when he dropped off our dogs, and a corgi, presumably his, sitting in the lap of his passenger, comfortable as can be. The emergency vet said seeing both dogs display neurological symptoms told her that our dogs had ingested some sort of toxin. They have been there since Sunday night and still aren’t fit to come home. Our vet bill is $12,000 and counting. Why did this man allow our dogs to suffer for more than a week without telling us? If the dogs got into something, why didn't he stop at a vet? How could he do this, and make up a lie about our dog tripping to cover up his neglect and mistreatment of her? I want to stop short of making further guesses and assumptions, but I have a strong suspicion that awful things were done or allowed to happen to our dogs. The reviewer before me was too kind with two stars and hesitation to put Chris out of business. He should not be entrusted with anyone's pet.

AMAZING!!! Due to my daughter getting sick, we needed to transport her cat from CA to OR. As a mom I have been worrying about so many things but I didn’t need to worry about the cat with Hunter and Skoot Pet Transport taking care of the details. Michelle was SO amazing helping bring our sweet Sal to us. We needed transportation from San Diego to Vancouver, BC Canada. Michelle drove down to get Sal from a rescue shelter in San Diego and then drove him all the way up to us in Canada. She was so good with Sal and provided him with so much love and comfort the entire way. She sent pictures along the drive and always kept in touch and kept us up to date with how Sal was doing and how the drive was going. I would 1000% recommend Michelle to anyone looking for pet transport. She has a heart of gold and is such a responsible driver and safe place for your pet. Can't say enough how happy we were with the service she provided. :)
