Travis and his wife, Theresa, were wonderful and took great care of my puppies. One of them had an accident and made a bit of a mess, but as soon as they arrived at the hotel, they bathed her. They kept me informed throughout the entire transport process. Despite traveling through bad weather, they prioritized safety and made sure to stop if conditions were too dangerous. I had always been hesitant about buying a dog from across the United States due to concerns about their care. However, after hiring Travis and Theresa, those worries disappeared. First would like to say that this app is not friendly user. If I did not have clear and concise communication with the driver… I would not have been successful at achieving my delivery goal. Because of the driver he made the delivery happen regardless of my lack of being computer savvy. I can’t speak highly enough of the driver. He was super easy to communicate with and very accommodating. My baby was coming from Houston Texas to Greenville NC. Actually we went down there together in September of last year to see my new grandbaby. When leaving Texas I was unable to bring her back with me and had to leave with a friend there for several months. There wasn’t a day that I thought about my baby and wondering how I will be able to get her back here with me. There was a lack of transparency on timing for delivery. Had no idea she would go from PA to FL before heading to CA. She ended up with a UTI infection which I attribute to being confined to a crate for 5 days. Yes, there were potty breaks and communication. However, there were numerous drivers and I don’t think there was transparency on her travel itinerary. Had we known we would have flown to PA and rented a minivan for transport. She was 6 years old and not a puppy dealing with the confinement.

I think she was nice in person, however I cannot honestly say I was completely happy with the service. I read all of the reviews and it looked promising, I really wanted someone who gave updates and cared about the wellbeing of the cats. But I am not confident that they were treated well and the updates were few and far between. The only time I recieved any was when I asked. I felt very disappointed and anxious. I feel like my cats were mistreated and I cannot say I would trust this person with them again. I am just glad they got here and were okay which is the only reason I give 3 stars.

DO NOT USE The driver and I got into a disagreement over a few things, I called around to see if the experience I was having with her was standard prior to disagreement. When I picked up the phone the driver proceeded to yell at me for 15 minutes. She continues to do the same thing in front of her boss after calling him after over the phone next for another 20 mins. I never got my dog delivered all the way. I was accused of “talking trash.” Which was not the case. We were supposed to have the dog delivered from PA to GA. Ended up just grabbing my dog from charlotte, due to being yelled at like a child (and I would never talk to my kids this way). I’m sure they will respond to this, but the lack of communication was my dispute, not flexibility, price, or any of the million things she yelled at me about over the phone in front of her boss. Come to find out my dog road from Rochester NY to Charlotte on the BACK of a pick up truck with no cover. Yes I said Rochester……long story made short. Mind you it is February. Maybe I missed the part about the type of vehicle, but this is crazy. Bottom line. Just because a new costumer, who has never used a transport service has a disagreement with you, doesn’t give them the right to call you and tell you off. While they have your dog, and you feel hopeless. Maybe some folks are ok with the puppy being transported this way vehicle wise, but I’m not. I had a sick child at home this day and had to cancel work eventually as well. This is not how you do business.

She recently transported our Great Dane from California to Georgia, and we couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Our guy is basically a real-life Scooby-Doo—big, goofy, and very skeptical of new situations. It took him three whole hours (and plenty of patience from Hayley) just to step into her van, but she never rushed him, building trust the whole way.
