Nate exceeded my expectations. Not only did he take amazing care of my rescue pup, Captain, but he provided regular videos and updates on how my dog was doing during the journey. I really appreciated Nate giving a timeline of his journey with pin drops of location making the scheduling of pick up and delivery so easy and efficient. My pup did not have the usual dog paraphernalia, but Nate had a harness and leash for bathroom breaks, crate for travel that gets strapped in for safety, blanket, etc. Captain and I could not have a better experience with Echelon Express Couriers.

Excellent Excellent! Our family can not rate Nate enough! His communication skills are brilliant and he kept us in the loop consistently. He is so friendly and personable that we would hire him all the time if he lived near to us. He adored my pets. I have 1 small Pomeranian and 1 large Ridgeback, 1 cat.He made sure to send videos to the whole family to keep us updated. Loved him. Could not recommend anybody else and i have used citizen shipper a few times!

I would rate Nate 10 stars if I could. I live in California. My uncle died in Missouri and left behind a 16 year old cat who lost her whole world and was very scared. I was super fortunate to find Nate to bring her to us. He was so patient with her and got her to respond to him very quickly. He left us in Northern California to head immediately out on an emergency 8 hour drive to Southern California to pick a a Rottweiler puppy who was in danger of being euthanized the next day. Just a super amazing person and I highly recommend trusting him with your pet transportation needs.

Excellent! Two dogs, one in heat & Nate was exceptionally conscientious about updating progress and videoing every 3-4 hours. These pups owner had just passed, & they went directly into a boarding facility. Nate handled pick up and delivery and all the stops in between with compassion and flexibility. Awesome experience. It was a last minute transport across 2 states and I was kept informed almost every hour once they were on the road! Our new pup had some anxiety and upset stomach issues and our driver was great about it. He accommodated our little man’s anxiety and figured out how Thor would be most comfortable
