We had a great experience getting my BIL’s dog out to him in California. Lola arrived safe and sound, all my questions were thoroughly answered, and I love that I could track her the entire time! If we ever need to ship a pet again we will be back!

She planned the trip with me ahead, and she was on-time every step of the way. I opted for "door-to-door" service: Nyssa picked up my cat in California, flew to Michigan and drove to my residence. My kitty is happy to be in her new home. Highly recommend!!!

She was the best! She was polite, thoughtful, and very friendly. She accepted our drive with short-notice, spoke with us by phone, and communicated regularly throughout with texts and pictures. She is a devoted dog lover who handled our massive puppy with great care. I recommend her 100%!!!

Words can not express the extent of my happiness with Britt and the services she provided. She transported my 3 large dogs, and two, not so little cats. When she found out that I was going to kennel them the night before the pickup, she offered to come early, sleep in her car, and take my furbabies before the moving company arrived. There was no way I was letting her sleep in her car and offered to let her stay at my house and get acquainted with my pets. When she arrived, she saw that they were upset and following me everywhere. She then offered to take them to a local hotel so I could finish packing without tripping over them. We got all but one cat, who is a pro at hiding. She sent me several pictures and messages, and she hadn't even started the trip. She then came back early in the morning and picked up the last furbaby. Throughout the day she sent me multiple pictures and let me know their progress. They stayed in a hotel for a second night. The next day, I left for my destination and they resumed their last part of the journey. I was going to arrive at my new house earlier than I expected so I asked her to give me a couple of hours to unload my car and run to the store for a litter box and litter. She said that since she would arrive before me, she could stop and get them. Then, after safely delivering them to me, she wasn't even going to charge me for the unexpected night at the hotel! Britt, you are incredible! The details you gave me about my furbabies, the constant updates and the pictures were outstanding! I could tell that they had been treated well and were happy. Thank you just doesn't cut it.

Such an awesome service! One less thing on our to-do list for our move. Sam was wonderful and super communicative. Will use again if we need to transport our pups!
