The best transport experience I could ask for. Even better than I expected! Esmeralda kept us updated the whole way with pictures and videos of our pup. She also had a live GPS location shared the entire time with us so we could follow along. She would share all updates with regards to feeding, drinking, and potty time. I truly felt I could trust Esmeralda with our dog, Bella. They also made the cross-country trip from Orlando, FL to Seattle, WA in 2.5 days. This meant Bella was only in the car for the minimal amount of time needed. I will definitely use Esmeralda again as our dedicated pet transporter and am sharing her info with all my friends and family. Thank you so much for making this part of our move less stressful. This company was on time picking the motorcycle up and replied quickly when asking for an update to make sure everything was going smoothly and arriving the day they said it would. The only negative thing I have to say is that they sent a semi truck with a huge car hauler to pickup/deliver my motorcycle. The driver couldn’t get into my community with his truck and also needed me and a buddy to help get it off. We had to drag it from the Main Street into my community to my garage. They told me I needed a second person to get it off the truck but at the time he said he was going to deliver I didn’t have anybody to help me. Luckily he came 4 hours later than he said he was because my buddy happen to be close by. I drive trucks for a living so I figured it was common sense to send a truck that can get into a community and something that had a flat surface to roll the bike off of especially knowing the cargo your hauling. So don’t assume the same is all I’m saying . Other than that I still give them 4 stars cuz the service was good just make sure to request a specific trailer and don’t assume it’s gonna b straight to your especially if it’s not a car your having transported.

Alena from Petzgo! was amazing. I was expected to pick up my pup from the breeder in Palm Springs CA on Saturday the 21st but I wasn't prepared to drive 14 hours one way. I had a couple of choices. 1. Get a one-way flight from Albuquerque to Palm Springs, and rent a car from Palm Springs to Albuquerque which wouldn't work due to my work schedule. 2. Get a round-trip flight and pay $150 more for the pup to fly with me with 4-hour layovers and with four different airliners going and coming. Or 3. find a carrier that can bring him to me. I got on Citizen Shipper and was immediately given a quote by several companies but most were not available either due to not having enough pets to make the trip worthwhile, and others were way out of my price range.Then, Alena with Petzgo! messaged me and she said she would be able to do it on the 21st. Now, let me remind you, this is Friday the 20th, 9 pm. After all the formalities, I Venmo her 1/3 of her total door-to-door cost, then she gave me an invite code to her Life 360 app and she hit the road early on the 21st to Palm Springs CA. She picked up the pup, then drove straight through, stopping as needed for the pup. Arriving at my daughter's home in the Albuquerque/Rio Rancho NM area around 3 am on the 22nd. I found Alena to be quite professional and honest, and someone who truly cares for the well-being of your pet. I might hire her again to take this maniac back. LOL J/K my daughter loves him Thank you again, Alena!

Thankfully we selected Davidson from the offers available, and I could not be more impressed with Stephanie and Marvin. They were incredible, professional, and above all sincerely kind and dedicated to this work. I felt very reassured and knew the pup was safe with them. Stephanie was great with communicating regularly to keep us updated on progress and the puppy (which, taking care of this EXTRA-large goof is quite a handful!), including plenty of pictures of the adventures. I can only imagine how much of a hassle this last-minute request was and yet, they were always positive and understanding. I cannot recommend them highly enough and am so grateful for their service.
