Maura is a true God send. I was so stressed about having to send my boy back home without me. He’s a little ball of anxiety around strangers a lot of the time and is not the calmest during car rides so I have to medicate him. She listened to my worries, answered all my questions being this was the first time I’ve ever had to use a service like this. She arrived on time, sent me texts and pics keeping me updated along with gps tracking, and made sure he was fed and used the potty. My Caesar arrived home to my mother happy as can be, safe and sound. If I or anyone I know ever need transport services again there’s no question who I’m contacting!

Maura was awesome! She picked up our new pug puppy from NY/PA and delivered safely and happily to Boston same day. Incredibly friendly, very responsive, and excellent communication.

Maura did an outstanding job communicating before pickup, during transport and after delivery. My ALD Teddibear was spoiled the whole way. There are scammers out there that demand a deposit before reserving a pickup. Should that be necessary? No it is not!

What an excellent experience! Maura was amazing to work with. She took 2 dachshund puppy from VT to Long Island NY. It wasn’t too long of a drive but not something I didnt wanted to do. My client wasn’t able to meet so I reach out to my usual transporter who was not available. So I went searching for some else. Maura was fantastic, she was extremely patient with me on my end with the back and forth communication I had to do with my customer on making sure the date and price point would work. She gave me access to her live tracking feature and make me feel more comfortable and secure with the boys in her care! 100% Will use her again!
