Jackie and his wife provided me timely updates and it was a big help to see videos of Meeko to calm my anxiety. Meeko seemed very happy when he arrived. Jackie's wife took the time to let Meeko to meet my other dogs which helped an easy transition for Meeko to his new family. Thank you for help Meeko to relocate. We are so grateful to Jackie for the quick and safe delivery of our sweet husky girl, Fuji! He was kind and caring and a great communicator, providing daily updates along the route. Fuji is a very anxious dog by nature so we worry about her being out of her routine and comfort zone but she had an event-free and even calm trip across the entire country thanks to Jackie's care. 58 pound Black/Blu standard poodle Honestly 5 stars aren’t enough appreciation for Jackie B, I mean where do I even begin. From the moment I first messaged them to the drop off has been absolutely incredible. They are the most pet friendly individuals I’ve ever met. They made the entire process simple and stress free and when they say you will get on time updates about your furry friend they meant that no matter what time day or night they would answer and put you at ease which made me sleep easier at night. But the most fantastic moment was when I got a call from my mother crying saying how wonderful and amazing her gift was when she received him. Jackie B made that moment happen and I will forever be grateful to them. They get infinite stars for their amazing service.
