I loved the service and kindness of Lali and Jackson. I only wish I could save more dogs and hire them again and again to safely deliver dogs to their destination. They are both awesome people, total animal lovers and now personal and rescue friends.

This was my first time ever using pet transportation and I was nervous, however, Jackie was very transparent and talked me through the steps into the transportation. He was really nice and very communicative. Throughout the drive, Jackie and his wife were so communicative, sent loads of pictures, and frequently updated me on how Bortus was doing. Bortus actually seemed to enjoy the drive a lot more than I thought he would! I am very happy with how things turned out. I would HIGHLY recommend Jackie B's Care A Van to anybody especially first time users. Will be more than happy to work with him in the future :)

Jackie B and Lali are a treasure. They transported our dog, Baby, from Fort Worth, Texas, to Pleasanton, California. They kindly sent updates about Baby’s wellbeing during their journey and provided her with loving care while they escorted her to our new home. I would absolutely use their services again if needed and I would recommend them to anyone needing ground transport for their dog!

Thank you so so much! Jackie was super communicative throughout the entire trip. They gave detailed updates and sent videos of my pups every day. There was an emergency with one of my pups and Jackie let me know immediately. They were able to get him into the vet and get everything situated. My pups even arrived to me a day early! As a travel therapist, it’s great to know that I could trust someone to transport my pups safely. Will definitely book with Jackie B’s again!

Had my daughter’s 2 cats shipped from Washington to Arkansas after a divorce. My ex despises every cell in my body with every fiber of her being. That being said she kept changing timelines for pickup and a simple thing like shipping some cats an epic ordeal. I explained the ole situation to the Jackie B’s and told them I was going to be extra annoying asking for updates — they were understanding, accommodating, prompt, and reliable. And heck yeah, the cats I never wanted and was stuck with for a year made it to my daughter. And now they are loved like they should be. Surprisingly my ex was grateful for the effort and money I put into my daughter’s cats. Jk she still despises me just the same. Thanks Jackie B’s, y’all are rad.
