Kevin is a great person and gave our dog, Otis, a peaceful road trip in conjunction with our relocation from Seattle to the Bay Area. Kevin was communicative and flexible, allowing the drop-off location to change in order to convenience my family. He also took some hilariously amazing portraits of Otis at some scenic spots on the way down! Thank you, Kevin. 10/10!
