So we can’t always guarantee the lowest bid, but we can always guarantee the highest quality service! You deserve exceptional service that prioritizes your pet's safety and treats them like you treat them, like family. There are no rush fees, and at NO extra charge, all of our clients receive VIP solo rides. This means we only transport for one family at a time to keep your pets safe from diseases or other animals that could become aggressive. Our commitment to transparency includes GPS tracking, consistent communication, and photo updates throughout the journey. There are no unnecessary stops; your pets are picked up and taken directly to the drop-off location. If our pricing seems too low, it’s probably because your pick-up date or location is convenient for us. We're not in business to get rich from one person! Our goal is to deliver exceptional service at a reasonable price. - Your pets are protected by our comprehensive pet transport insurance from the moment they are in our care. - You only pay half of the transport fee at booking and the other half upon arrival. If you pay in full, and for any reason you need to cancel, you’ll receive a 50% refund. If you need to reschedule, give us at least 48 hours' notice, and your payment will be applied to the new date. If you cancel when the driver is already in route, there will be no refund. We will allow up to a 30 minute grace period after the agreed upon time for pick up, if no one shows this will be considered a cancellation and there will be no refund. Payment options include Venmo, Zelle, or receive an invoice via text directly from our company (Invoices include a 3% convenience fee). Upon arrival for all transports, after the final payment is made, clients will receive a delivery confirmation code. The recipient must provide this code to the transporter for the pet to be released. This ensures that the pet is being released to the correct person and confirms that the balance is in good standing. I was extremely nervous having a stranger drive my cats across the country, but I knew I couldn’t do it myself. Darrell answered all my questions and made me comfortable from the beginning. He was patient at pick up when it took 30 minutes to get one of my terrified cats into the carrier and he came back when I realized I had forgotten to give him the extra food the cats would need at our new home. He was also willing to take their toys and cat dishes for the new home. We got photos and videos all along the route and my cats were delivered a day earlier than expected. I would not hesitate to use Family First again.

This was my first time EVER doing something like this. I was scared of being scammed but most importantly I was scared of not being able to get my dog Henlye. Let me tell you something, Family First Drivers goes ABOVE and BEYOND. Their price was so reasonable and they brought me my dog from College Station, Tx (my hometown) to Omaha, NE (where I am stationed) in a day! The communication was impeccable! Darrel would communicate all the way through and Leslie (literally such an amazing driver) would send updates when he would make frequent stops for Henlye. from start to finish this was the best experience i’ve ever had with amazing prices and most importantly, amazing pet care. the pick up time was 9:30 and the driver arrived on time if not EARLIER. i was notified of updates around the clock and even saw the driver genuinely cared about my pup at drop off. very thankful for this company and their services. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
