Family First Drivers is absolutely incredible. Darrell did such an amazing job transporting my retired police K9. My dog is not east to handle and doesn't warm up to everyone right away. Darrell created a bond with him and got the job done. He drove my dog from Michigan to Alaska and always gave me updates with photos and videos throughout the journey. He did an amazing job and I will say if he offers to take your transport, jump on the opportunity because your pet will be in great hands and the job will get done safely and efficiently. I was extremely nervous having a stranger drive my cats across the country, but I knew I couldn’t do it myself. Darrell answered all my questions and made me comfortable from the beginning. He was patient at pick up when it took 30 minutes to get one of my terrified cats into the carrier and he came back when I realized I had forgotten to give him the extra food the cats would need at our new home. He was also willing to take their toys and cat dishes for the new home. We got photos and videos all along the route and my cats were delivered a day earlier than expected. I would not hesitate to use Family First again.

Great service. Very professional and kept us updated the whole way. Trip was from East Texas to Idaho and it was completed in two days. Our dogs were well taken care of the whole way.
