Bryan answered all the questions I had regarding the delivery of my puppy. I have never used a Service like this before. Bryan was on time picking up my puppy to begin the trip to my home. I was hesitant at first, never used a service like this before. It’s hard to trust your fur baby with a total stranger and especially for such a long ride. Bryan was very friendly and informative upfront and eased my mind and ultimately was why I choose him to transport Canela. Bryan truly went above and beyond, words are not enough to convey the comfort he was able to transmit with every update. He took initiative to send pictures, videos, FaceTime and even shared his location real time with me so I always knew where and how Canela was doing. If Canela could write a review she would give him 10 dog bones! Canela rode first class with a blanket already prepared for her, she got many walks and potty breaks and was able to explore the pit stops till her Beagle nose was content!! Bryan we truly thank you for bringing our princess home safe and sound!
