We couldn’t have asked for a better experience with Paws Across America! From the moment Boogie was picked up until he safely arrived in California, they were professional, caring, and incredibly communicative. They kept us updated throughout the entire trip with frequent messages, photos, and real-time tracking, so we always knew where Boogie was and how he was doing. They even let us know when they stopped for breaks or encountered any delays, which gave us tremendous peace of mind. Most importantly, it was obvious that Boogie’s safety and well-being were their top priorities. He was well cared for, secure, and treated like one of their own during the journey. Transporting a beloved pet across the country is stressful, but Judi and Jim made the entire process easy and worry-free. We are so grateful for the exceptional care they provided and would recommend them without hesitation to anyone looking for reliable, compassionate pet transport. Judy transported my puppy from MI to WA. The process was really smooth, she had a tracker so we always knew where they were and provided us with many updates and photos along the way! Highly recommend and you can feel safe choosing them!

PAAT was amazing to work with!! They updated us multiple times throughout the trip letting us know how/what our pup was doing! They have a Life360 so you know exactly where your pet is at all times! They picked up and delivered right on time!

I hired Paws across America to drive my dad’s new Maltese puppy from Oklahoma to California, and Judi was incredible from start to finish. She stayed in constant contact, sending us plenty of photos and videos throughout the trip so we could see how the puppy was doing. She also shared her tracking info with us on Life360, which was so helpful because we could watch the progress in real-time. Judi is extremely friendly, informative, and professional.
