Hello there from Paws Across America Transport, LLCc! I'm Judi , the proud owner bringing over 35 years of experience in transportation, training and management, along with my background as a 45 yr breeder and trainer to the area of safely and securely and compassionately delivering you precious cargo to its destination. We’re based in the hill country of Oklahoma and provide nationwide service for you wonderful pets. We’re USDA registered (all drivers!) and fully insured, with extra coverage for your furry friends! We’re honored to be mentored by one of Citizen Shipper's Preferred Ambassador Shippers! Liz from Y2K Transport is retiring and we are resuming her successful business, clients and guidance as we build our own path forward. We are coming at this transport from the absolute perfect background. We were in YOUR exact position as a person looking for a shipper we could trust. In my years of breeding quality German Shepherds and gorgeous Golden Retrievers, I struggled to find quality transport. Dogs were often more stressed and dirty when they arrived at our customers home being shuffled around like suitcase for days on the road with no one they trusted. They were traumatized and scared. So, I began to transport our own puppies nationwide at great rates to our customers so that I could ensure our pups got delivered in a clean, fun comfortable style for our puppies and the new owners. We understand first hand how Everything in these pets world changes when they load up with a stranger and head out to Lord knows where!! They just need that awareness and compassion and professionalism to make travelling a great experience and not a traumatic experience that they never forget. Whether it’s your pets first experience travelling or they are a “road warrior”, we strive to make it a great experience for all involved. Pets are not just a job or career for us , they are a total lifestyle and passion for us. 45 years of training experience along with understanding and actually LIVING with how valuable these pet partners are to us and how vulnerable you feel when we drive off with one of the most important things in your world- THIS is what sets us apart. We transported our own pups nationwide for most of our career until we met Liz from Y2K Transport. I had no choice but to trust her at first because I couldn’t be in 3 places at once (two is my magical limit ! lol) I was truly nervous because I’d had so many awful experiences with people who don’t have skill or compassion or Interest and didn’t care about the pets as much as we do!! But Liz did!!! She was diligent, communicative, great with the pets and they arrived on time, clean, with no stress or worry !! Over the years I grew with Liz to a point that once I handed her our precious cargo, I could literally put the phone down and relax, and that says it all!!! The customers on the other end would absolutely rave about her! That meant the world to us after all we had done to create amazing pups was to finish that product well. Liz felt like part of the whole team and NEVER let us down! That end result and that absolute peace and trust is what I wanted in a transporter. How we decided to do this full time ?? I recently went to book another puppy to be delivered and found out Liz was stepping aside. I was crushed at first because it was SUCH a struggle to find her. SO… we decided to develop the side of our long time business that focuses on transporting and setting aside our breeding program for awhile. We want to offer other people who are in our same position the same comfort and peace that Liz brought to our team. We have a huge heart for all precious pets but our hearts are also wrapped around rescues and with our training background we have a great fit for these poor traumatized souls ! This trust and comfort and Communication and diligence and cleanliness are our entire business model. We are modeling our business model after Liz and Y2K who has graciously mentored us in this venture and remains on speed dial for any questions we have toward achieving the success she developed. In our transport , we want YOU to feel the peace and trust that Liz made us feel when we trusted her with our precious cargo!!! We believe that every pet deserves personalized care and love. We don’t do budget transport with budget care—your pet is treated like our very own! Our team is dedicated and professional, and we pride ourselves on over-communication. You’ll always receive a quick response, so you’ll NEVER have to worry about how your pet is doing. We’ll keep you updated with plenty of photos and messages along the way! You’ll also get an invite to the Life 360 app, so you can track our journey with GPS once your furry family member is on board. Rest assured, we keep animals and their kennels clean. We use Wysiwash and Sniper, and Rescue which effectively eliminate parvo and other bacteria. Your pets will enjoy plenty of breaks to stretch their legs and receive lots of love while they’re with us! If you’ve tried other transport services before and didn’t have the best experience, we totally understand. We would love the chance to show you how we do things differently! Our detailed route plan includes potty, fuel, and feeding stops, along with time for the unexpected. We rarely make changes to the route once drivers are on their way, ensuring that the estimated arrival day we give you is as accurate as possible—so you won’t be left waiting for days wondering where your fur baby is. Once your transport is scheduled, you’ll receive a group text that includes me, the pickup contact, the delivery contact, and your driver. You’ll also get all the important info you need to prepare your pet for transport, including details on what to send along, required documentation, and the dates for both pickup and delivery. The day before, we’ll send you a time frame with an ETA window, so you can plan ahead without having to sit around all day. 😊 If there are any delays or changes in the schedule that are out of our control, you’ll be informed right away, and we’ll quickly send updated times! Paws Across America was wonderful. Judi was super communicative - she sent a photo and detailed updates throughout the trip and gave us real-time GPS tracking access. Our kitten arrived in perfect shape and the hand-off was super smooth. I was overwhelmed originally with who to trust and how to pick a company, but I'm so glad we went with Judi and would fully recommend Paws Across America to anyone needing pet transport. Judi was wonderful with our new puppy! She was kind and kept me updates the entire way with Life360 as well as personalized text messaging and photo updates. Oksana got to is happy and safe and we w definitely use her again in the future! I was very hesitant to use a service as we have never done this before bit were pleasantly surprised with how great the overall experience was!!
