I don't think I could possibly put into words how pleased I am with Antonio's service, but I will try. Our sweet Riley James is a 9 year old Brittany Spaniel/Australian Shepherd mix who has lots of anxiety, doesn't travel well, and is obsessed with his family. (a nice way of saying he's very clingy lol 🫠) So, I was very worried about his nationwide journey, as he needed to be transported from Florida all the way to California. I read through 30+ offers/bids, on Citizen Shipper and I am so glad I chose to go with Paws and Pals. Antonio sent me his GPS location at almost every stop and I appreciated the fact that most of his stops were at Love's Truck Stops because they have mini-dog parks at most location, meaning Riley could walk around, leash free, and do his own thing. Antonio send videos and photos, all throughout the journey and, even though it took a little more travel time than anticipated, Riley was delivered safely and he was a happy boy! My heart could not be happier and we are so grateful to Antonio! Tip: Pack extra food, just in case! I prepared enough baggies, for each of Riley's meals, to cover 5 days, even though the trip was estimated to take 4 days. So glad I did that because the trip ended up taking 5 days and Riley had what he needed without Antonio having to scramble. If I ever needed to get a beloved furry family member to anywhere in this world, I would choose Antonio over and over. Five Stars - Excellent Service!

Successfully delivered my dog, however Yvonne advised it would be a straight through trip since it was her and her husband but they stopped overnight twice for 5+ hours. I basically had to beg for her to share her location with me, and then when they entered the state she stated " I voluntarily share my location with me" which I understand however I am paying you for a service. Before booking her I would first get clarity on what she means by " a straight through delivery for your pet"

If I could give Heather a million stars, I would. She went above and beyond to arrange a smooth transition for my dad's dog from his assisted living facility to another home. I'm so glad I followed my gut and went with him. He drove my German Shepherd over 3k miles from Everett, WA to Port Saint Lucie, FL in about 4 days and sent multiple updates and videos every day along the way. My girl left here a bit anxious, but he calmed her almost instantly. He worked with her to improve her confidence along the way and most surprisingly, he did it all without having to medicate her for anxiety (I usually do for long trips). This is the third time I have used a pet transporter from citizen shipper. Benjamin was our driver this time and he was great! We had to ship our beloved American Eskimo Dog Trio 650 miles from Northern California to Ridgefield Washington at the last minute (3 days). Hayley did an amazing job transporting Luna to the other side of the country. She was an excellent communicator throughout the journey as she sent multiple photos and text throughout the day. It appeared that Luna, my dog, was happy and given several opportunities to get out of the car and stretch her legs. Hayley clearly loved on Luna and treated her as if she were her own. Hayley had enough room in her van so that Luna could travel the entire trip on her dog bed which really put my mind at ease; Luna doesn't do well in a crate so I was beyond thrilled that Hayley was willing to let Luna do this. She encouraged me to create a text thread with my daughter who would be recieving Luna on the "other end" so that everyone was updated at the same time. First time using this Website. I was in the process of completing my adoption of a Black Russian Terrier Puppy, from Oklahoma and needed transport to Florida. I received numerous quotes, some were bit cheaper and some were a bit more. I truly wanted my Puppy to have the best car trip, humanely possible. After reading the past reviews of Emeralds Fur Baby Transport, I went with their services. Let me tell you, from the moment I booked this transport, Esmeralda was in contact with me. She set my pick ASAP. Let me also add that I sent her more than the required amount due, and she immediately informed me and sent me back a proper refund. She picked up my Puppy from Oklahoma and from the moment she picked him up until she dropped him off, she was in full contact with me and the seller, who requested it too. She and her coworker took such good care of our new baby. Constant attention, proper cleaning and up keep, fed him and provided plenty of fresh water and stopped in the best safest places possible, so the puppy can go Potty. Again, constantly in communication and sending pictures and updates. She is a blessing and a wonderful person. She made my Puppy delivery, so safe and festive! it was amazing! Without any doubts, I would totally recommend Emeralds Fur Baby Transport. I also want to mention that her truck is very well prepared and in newer condition. Shawn was great- it was not the easiest delivery with a giant, scared dog and he really seemed to take the time to get her comfortable with him. Shawn made this transport personally which was surprising, usually the company owner doesn’t always have last minute availability so I appreciate that the driver was the person I had been in touch with. I feel the rate was reasonable and considering this was an incredibly short notice transport I am grateful that Pet Taskers was able to help us out. A Couple of Paws LLC did a great job delivering my dog from San Francisco to Southern, New Jersey. He left on Friday around 1 PM and arrived on Sunday, more than 2500 miles distance, in 48 hours. I really like their model of having two drives driving nonstop coast to coast. My dog did wonderfully. And I think part of the reason is that the travel time was incredibly short. I will definitely use them the next time I have my dog delivered from the East Coast to the West Coast next year.

Donna was the absolute best choice I could have chosen! She transported a 8 week old chihuahua puppy from Roanoke,Va to Hallandale Beach,Fl to my sister. She kept us both up to date with videos and pictures from start to finish with the baby. She took such good care of her as if she was her own ♥️ Do not hesitate to choose Donna when it comes to your most beloved treasure she’s the best of the best!!! I can’t say enough of about Donna.
