After wading through all the proposals to transport our Golden Retriever from Chicago to Tucson, I selected Sam based on other reviews, and his quick responses to my questions. Elena is the BEST! She was incredibly responsible and clearly prioritized my dog’s well-being the entire time. She kept me updated throughout the trip by sharing her location and plenty of pictures.
