I was nervous about this new situation, but Emi immediately put me at ease. She shared all her credentials and explained her excellent business practices and then we exchanged info for pickup and delivery. When Emi came for pick-up, I was delighted to see that this pup was going on a VIP trip with an absolutely amazing Private Pet Nanny.
